I have frequent visits to boutique hair & beauty, Carly has looked after me for years! She does my hair exactly how I want it and has even dared me to try different styles and colours - which is great as I have very little confidence in myself. Also have my waxing done with Carly - eyebrows and top lip. Again always done to a very professional standard. The girls in the salon are very welcoming and love a chat and a giggle. If you felt a bit down before you went you can guarantee coming out with a smile - great therapy!! Everyone needs are very different and I’ve noticed the girls very much cater to that … if you want quiet time you get that, if you want a chat and a giggle you get that too ☺️. Keep up the good work Carly and crew you all work extra hard and go that extra mile if needed - love what you do I’d be lost without you ❤️

Would recommend to anyone! Before I came to boutique I dreaded the salon, now I look forward to it. Friendly, comfortable and a wealth of knowledge on color, products and styles. My hair has never looked healthier, and is the perfect creamy blonde every time, plus the products smells devine!

Charmaine was recommended to me by a friend. I had never had a manicure before and my nails were getting quite brittle and splitting. I can honestly say they have never been in better shape. It’s a real treat to have a one to one in a quiet setting, you don’t feel rushed and I have complete confidence in Charmaine’s skills and advice. The banter’s pretty good too!

I have regular shellac gel polish and waxing with Sarah. She’s absolutely brilliant, makes you feel so relaxed and I get so many lovely comments on my nails.

Both my daughter (8) and I have visited the salon for a haircut. My daughter absolutely loved the experience and felt very grown up. She walked out with a huge smile on her face and loved her cut and style. When I visited I requested the blacked out mirror. Sam made me feel completely at ease. She listened to what I wanted and completely delivered. I left feeling great (thank you)!

Lovely hairdresser which made me feel relaxed which considering I have high anxiety of going to the hairdressers was a big deal for me. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and had some good advice for future appointments. Very pleased with everything.

Popped in on the off chance to see if I could get a hair cut. Very pleased it was possible to get a cut and blow. I have naturally curly hair that I keep short, as it doesn't suit me long, and I am always astounded by how many "sylists" can't cut it in a decent style and I end up going home and hacking at it myself and moaning about the £40 I just spent. Thankfully Angela, who cut my hair, is a star! Really lovely lady to chat to and cut my hair beautifully! I know I am really fussy, but I cannot find any fault at all and the cost was also to my liking! Just goes to show that you don't need to go to a "big name" to get a great hair cut.

New to the area, I chose The Grapevine for a couple of beauty treatments on the strength of the Google reviews. And how right they were. The salon is a Tardis, opening up into a spacious hair and beauty salon. The initial phone conversation, welcome on the day and luxurious surroundings could not be faulted. However, the absolute star was my beautician Courtney: friendly but courteous, professional and skilful, just a real gem. I really did nearly fall asleep! I do hope to return, and recommend Courtney and The Grapevine very highly. Thank you to everyone concerned.

My 1st time there, Gemma was lovely, did exactly what I wanted, I'm really happy with my hair. Had another lovely lady to do my brows ( I can't remember her name) she was also lovely. Booked again, this is my new hairdresser now highly recommend.

I would like to thank Chloe and her staff, Courtney, Jemma and Freya who came to the Admrial Rodney hotel to do mine and my bridesmaids hair & makeup for my wedding in the 2/10/21. Chatz is a lovely relaxing place to get your hair done. Very peaceful and the staff are always professional and do a wonderful job. Favourite part of the hairdressers is definetly the massage chair!
