I’ve been seeing Sophie for my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow threading for over a year now and she never disappoints. Sophie is incredibly talented, always takes her time, and pays attention to every detail, ensuring my nails and brows look perfect every time. Not only is she great at what she does, but she also makes the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Sophie’s friendly and professional demeanor always puts me at ease. I’ve also had Evie do my lash lifts and lash extensions in the past, and she’s equally amazing. Evie’s skill with lashes is unmatched — she’s meticulous, and my lashes always turn out looking natural yet stunning. She takes the time to understand exactly what I want and makes sure I leave feeling confident and happy. Both Sophie and Evie are masters at what they do and are genuinely lovely people.

I’ve been going to this Salon for years, personally for me it’s the best beauty Salon in Peterborough. They have an extensive list of Beauty treatments. I’ve tried most of them and my favourite it the Indian Head massage by Alice. I’ve had this treatment done abroad and in Ireland but by far Alice’s treatment is the best I have ever had, hence I have it at least once a month. Honor & Fran colour and cut my hair. Both so professional and easy to speak to you and had my first blow dry with Lorna tonight who did an amazing job. All the team are so friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and great experience every time. It’s the highlight of my month. Wonderful Salon. If you haven’t been, give it a try you won’t be disappointed. 😊

Have been going to The Beauty Retreat regularly for years for various treatments. Maria and all her team make the experience even more special with their welcoming approach and the treatments are always first class. Would recommend them to anyone, I work in the town and everyone raves about their positive experiences there.

This was my first visit to the beauty retreat and I was very impressed. All safety precautions were taken to keep both clients and staff safe (full PPE worn, hand washing/sanitising for everyone, cleaning and wiping of surfaces customers touch, all customers possessions together in one box in treatment room etc). However even with all the extra safety precautions it felt like a completely normal treatment, the receptionist was friendly and chatty, even though I was the last client of a long day. The two therapists I spoke to were also welcoming, warm and friendly. A customer was leaving while I was waiting for my therapist (I was early) and she also was chatting away to her therapist as you would a good friend, it was just a nice atmosphere. The therapist who took me in for my Swedish back massage was very professional, it was a lovely way to unwind and chat, I would highly recommend the beauty retreat for a professional, friendly and safe service.

Went for my first treatment and pamper session- what a wonderful establishment! The staff were flawless with their customer service and there were excellent precautions in place with consideration of covid 19. The treatment rooms are well laid out and there was a lovely heat mat on the massage bed to help you warm up and relax. Very good value for money, wonderful customer service and a clean environment. I will definitely be returning one day.

I have been to many Beauty Salons and had many treatments but none of them come close to this Salon.....and to Claire herself. The Salon is very relaxing and welcoming. The aromatherapy candles burning relax you the moment you walk in. I've just had my first intensive facial with Claire and it was beyond amazing. The products used are wonderful and Claire is not just the consummate professional she genuinely loves what she does. I have never had such a wonderful experience. My next two treatments are booked. Claire is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The products are amazing and the salon superb. I cannot recommend highly enough! The other salons have been Processco This one is Champagne....... Spoil yourself and pay a visit. You won't regret it.

I love this place. The staff are so talented and friendly, and do everything they can to make sure they understand your needs. I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years and they've made a genuine difference to my life in terms of my self-esteem (both through the 'hair make-over' they gave me, and the way they interact with me). I’ve been going to Rob and Tony at Dc10 for years and wouldn’t let anyone else do my hair! Extremely friendly and professional service and most importantly they take their time and always cut your hair with care. I’ve been to other hairdressers who basically cut as fast as possible just to get you through the door as quick as possible. Not at Dc10! They take their time to make sure it’s cut properly. Great service that I can not recommend highly enough!
