Gareth fixed my very old and broken fuse board and completed all the electrical testing. He did a fantastic job, very friendly and informative. 5 STARS!

I contacted Stamford Property Maintenance as I had a problem with my upstairs lights not turning off. Gareth arrived on time and had identified and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. As he was leaving we noticed water was coming through into the hall from the bathroom upstairs, so Gareth went up and fixed that too. Since then Gareth has fixed my side gate, changed a troublesome door lock, sorted out a roof leak and helped me to tile my kitchen. He is always friendly, punctual and happy to give advice. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you!
