James came out to sort out a large wasp nest in the roof. He was professional and enthusiastic and after dealing with the wasps and the nest we were more than happy. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Since moving into a new property which had been left in a dilapidated state a year ago Clive has become our go-to for anything pest related. Consistently punctual, reliable and honest, thus far he's clear up our issues with mice, birds, wasps, flies and bugs. In addition to the regular visits and responding quickly to any queries we've had he has also offered up advice on how best to approach anything we've found even if it's not to his benefit. If you need anything pest-related dealt with we really couldn't recommend Clive enough.

Despite it being Easter Sunday, Clive responded promptly to my email query regarding a wasp problem & offered to come out the following day (a bank holiday). Great customer service and friendly in his approach. He arrived on time and dealt with the issue in a professional & efficient manner. Great service at a very reasonable price.

BFG were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, would highly recommend. Clive was reliable, professional,extremely helpful and patient. Andy removed many pigeons from under my solar panels and added a mesh to stop them returning. He did a great job all round, cleaning up behind them, cleaning the decking of pigeon poo and the conservatory roof. Highly recommended and I would use again if I have another wildlife infestation!

I had Pest Detective in a few days ago to sort out my problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. The pigeons were really getting to be a problem with their incessant "cooing" and messing, on the roof and over the roofs edge onto my driveway - gross! Andy's team were very professional, arrived when they said they would, set up their "working at height" safety system, and got to work. They evicted birds that were under the panels, removed nesting materials, and secured the whole area with a strong wire mesh to keep birds out in the future. To finish the job, they also cleared out general muck and pigeon droppings from the guttering - awful to think that that had been festering up there for several months! Overall, I was very impressed with Andy and his team at Pest Detective, and my thanks to them for solving what was getting to be a rather unpleasant problem quickly and efficiently.

I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him. He could easily have told me anything, taken my money and I would have believed him. A genuine and smart guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Andy

Andy responded to carry out an assessment of the area of concern. His expertise identified the issues straight away allowing the swift treatment. His relaxed nature and ability to effectively communicate what was going on a why, how to deal with issue, and prevent a recurrence was excellent and reassuring. Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was amazing right from the off. His communication was excellent and after speaking to him I felt at ease. I was a little worried about him judging me but I felt so happy after speaking to him. He offered to travel to me over 100 miles away and worked his diary around my availability. I had a wasp issue in my walls. These guys were great. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing, and any costs involved. They were running late, but called to update me. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and got rid of the wasps immediately. I would definitely use them again.

Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more!
