Been using Rat Pak products for a few years now - the customer service is excellent and the external bait boxes are in my opinion, the best on the market by far. Always speedy despatch and delivery - which in this business, is key!

I’ve used RatPak for the last 6 years and never had any issues. I had a short delivery on an item that had been discontinued due to a change in legislation.
