I am really impressed with Simon, never had this type of issue and he was here almost immediately even only 5 days before Christmas. . Very knowledgeable and investigative. Simon was absolutely brilliant! We (unfortunately) needed his help with a rodent problem under our kitchen units. We called Simon who promptly arrived to investigate. His calm, professional manner along with his knowledge and expertise soon had the area surveyed and a plan of action put in place. He returned on a further three occasions until he was happy that no further activity was taking place and he was able to seal the identified areas and thoroughly clean and disinfect the area.
