I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

We booked Make It Special Events for our wedding last August. I’d shopped around for a venue dresser and Make It Special were competitive and recommended by our wedding venue, Mythe Barn. I’m reviewing Instagram it was clear that they were regularly at the venue and knew how to create a beautiful setting. I’m quite a detailed person and had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted - however after time working with Jo and Wendy on the proposal I had so much trust in their creative vision and eye for detail that I was open to their ideas and suggestions. Prior to the wedding day itself they created a mock-up of the table setting at their site in Atherstone. This was so useful as it gave me the opportunity to see in advance exactly how things would look and make changes. I know I’m biased but what they did on the day I believe to be one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at Mythe Barn. It was so classy and elegant and exactly what I’d wanted, if not better! Jo and Wendy are an absolute dream to work with - they are so hard working and have amazing creativity and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough - book them, you won’t regret it!

Jo & Wendy made our wedding at Mythe Barn absolutely perfect. From the start, they truly listened to our ideas and turned our dreams into reality. As a bit of a control freak, I was nervous about giving up control, but I quickly realised I could trust them completely. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We had two consultations with them, including a final one to go over every detail of our vision. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process, always making us feel confident and supported. On our wedding day, everything was exactly as we imagined it, if not better. We got married at the dodford Inn and as part of our package Clare decorated the venue for us! It was everything we could have dreamt of and more and really captured our vision. NEW Clare was so friendly and professional. our wedding was breathtaking the attention to detail was unbelievable. I was speechless when I walked in to our venue honestly my expectations where blown away i was speechless it was so beautiful. . We met Clare’s wedding at an open day at The Dodford Inn where it was stunning and we knew we had to use her! We met up and went through everything we wanted and she was fantastic! We recently got married and used Clare's Weddings to do our fresh flowers and we also hired their absolutely stunning blossom trees. I met Clare to show her my vision through Pinterest photos and she understood the theme right away, knowing exactly what flowers to use and they couldn’t have been more perfect! They were so elegant and classic, everything top quality and Clare herself is so professional. From the bouquets, button holes, centrepieces, cake flowers, blossom trees and grand pillar urns, it was all stunning! 💗 If you’re thinking of booking Clare’s Weddings for your event, do not hesitate, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Well Alexis quite simply what would we have done without you! Roll back the clock to our first meeting in 2019 who knew what was going to hit us on our road to marriage, many things that could go wrong went wrong and that is without the global pandemic added to the mix! From our very first meeting we knew you were the one to create our special day, you made us feel incredibly relaxed and understood our vision straight away. On the lead up to our big day in April 2020 I never once felt stressed (which is incredible because you are often told how stressful the process is!) but the difference is by having you we knew everything was under control, you are so organised and meticulous in everything you do. However February 2020 arrived and so did news regarding a virus, fast forward and we went into full lockdown and postponing of the wedding, we were devastated however despite this complete first and unknown event, you were absolutely fantastic and we could not have got through it without you. We managed to have an intimate mini wedding in August 2020 which was beautiful and then our full vision of our reception in August 2021 which my goodness was the best day ever! If we are honest it is hard for us to write down exactly how much we apricated everything you did for us because words really aren’t enough. We honestly could not have done it without you and we are so thankful and blessed you came into our lives to orchestrate one of the best days of our lives. Alexis we cannot and will not be able to ever thank you enough, you simply are the best!!!

My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.

We entrusted Harpreet and his team to create a memorable look for our sons 1st birthday and boy did they deliver. What unfolded before my eyes was nothing short of spectacular! Not in a million years could I have envisioned such a perfect setting. The detail throughout the room was mind blowing. The enchanted jungle theme embedded within the family table was so creative and stunning. The day went without any stress to a seamless planned experience. The Matharu’s team recently planned our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! We had a theme for our reception we wanted to achieve, and Harpreet and his team went above and beyond for us, and they exceeded our expectations. Their concept ideas were new and extravagant, ensuring our reception would be unique to us and for our guests. They were attentive to what wanted to achieve, and most importantly, a very supportive team throughout the entire planning process, right until the day of the party. We felt like we were able to trust the team from the very beginning with our plans, and we didn’t ever have to worry about anything. Being in a group chat enabled us to raise queries quickly and we also were able to speak to Harpreet directly when required. They treated us like family, and were always welcoming when we visited the venue. We wish we could go back and experience the decor again - 4:44, they not like us!! 🙌🏽

What can I say, Bows and Magic provided such a wonderful service! We had the pleasure of booking their love letters, dance floor and post box and couldn’t have been happier. The dance floor and letters glistened beautifully and kept our guests dancing and partying all night long. The post box added that special touch for our cards and gifts and guests commented on how lovely it was. Thank you Bows and Magic - we will definitely rebook for any future events and would recommend to anyone looking to add those special extra touches to their events.

From start to finish, the experience with Vogue has been second to none. They have always been only a phone call away, even when extremely busy and have been able to support us in achieving our vision not only on decor but giving us recommendations for other things we needed for the wedding. Sati and Kelly brought their passion to all of the events; we wanted a luxurious feel with a wow factor, they certainly delivered! We used solihull wedding suppliers for our wedding at Stoneleigh Abbey. We paid for draping, fairy lights, lanterns and small centerpieces. The draping, lights and centerpieces looked incredible however, the lanterns were not put not up and we were not told about it - we only noticed during the wedding reception and had to text them to let them know. They said they thought it looked better without them and decided to give us extra flowers instead of putting the lanterns up. Whilst the thought was kind to provide more flowers, we did not need them, nor was it what we had paid for. As a Chinese wedding, the lanterns were an important cultural aspect and this was not considered or understood by the supplier which is very unfortunate. They have however issued a refund for the lanterns post wedding.

She came highly recommended by several people, and after doing my research to find the perfect florist, I knew Joanne was the one. But Joanne isn’t just a florist—she’s almost like a stylist for your wedding. From our very first meeting, Joanne gave me complete peace of mind. She doesn’t just focus on the flowers; she takes the time to discuss the overall look and feel you want for your wedding, ensuring that everything comes together perfectly. Her creativity and experience are unmatched—she truly knows exactly what she’s doing. When I say she nailed the aesthetic for my wedding, I mean it was absolutely unbelievable. From the moment I first spoke to Jo, I knew she would be able to bring my wedding flower dreams to life. Not only is she one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met, but also incredibly talented! Where do I start about Solihull Wedding Creations? Jo styled our wedding earlier this month and breathtaking doesn’t cut it. Our flowers were out of this world and Jo captured exactly what I had hope for and more. Everything from the bouquets to the centre pieces were beyond perfect and Jo took so much care in making sure they looked amazing. Jo has such superb knowledge too and took her time to get to know us and our venue so everything came together just as we wanted it to. Not only that, but Jo is also the kindest, lovliest person and absolutely the kind of florist every bride needs. Leah and the team at Cherished Moments were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went in with no idea of what I wanted just 3 months until my wedding day. Leah listened to my ramble of what I thought I wanted and then shared her vision before executing it to perfection on our wedding day. The way she decorated our venue left people gobsmacked it was absolutely stunning (see pictures.) Our photographer commented that it was the nicest decor of our venue that he’d photographed; our guests were wowed and the venue were impressed so much so that they asked her to leave her business card.
