Excellent service this week in replacing my brake pads. Quick and efficient. Gave me lift home and then returned my car to me. Well priced.

I started using Dorridge Autos after being fed up with being ripped of by major garages and having to wait weeks for an appointment. What a find!!!!. Extremely pleasant service, extremely efficient service. I have total confidence it their workmanship and am delighted with the amounts charged. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Headlight bulb replaced with speed and friendliness. The price was pleasantly very reasonable. Less costly than Halfords.

First time going here for my MOT and can say they are the best garage I have dealt with! Didn’t have to chase them like I have had to do with other garages in the past. They called me to let me know things that needed doing and told me the price straight away (price was the same as what they had told me so no surprises when it came to paying!) Really friendly staff and great service. Will 100% be going here in the future if needed.

Fantastic service from the team at Dorridge Autos today. My car battery died at home this morning and I tried some jump leads to no avail. I popped down to see the guys at Dorridge Autos and they said that there mobile mechanic would stop by later in the day to take a look. I got a few hours later to say that he'd be on his way in 15 mins and when he arrived he put the fast charger on and got the car started. I popped down to the shop and the guys tested the battery and confirmed it was flat. Ten minutes later, I had a new battery fitted and a quick electrical test was performed to ensure it was charging. The guys couldn't have been more helpful! Great store and genuine people. Thank you so much 😊
