Flight from Scotland they picked me up Bristol airport took me to there garage to collect my Mercedes SL I bought off them such nice people experience was fantastic I will do business with them again I felt real happy with everything..if you can give 10 stars well 100 would not be out of place brilliant.

Impressed from the beautiful lady at the reception who booked my car in for repair as the coolant was leaking, previously took elsewhere and they couldn’t figure where they leakage was from. Got this sorted with J.T. motors same day and reasonable price. Big thanks to reception lady who still went extra mile to make sure I got my car same day. I still need some other stuff sorted with my car so I will be ringing back.

The day after the leaflet was posted through my door, my son and daughter in laws car went faulty. They were one week away from having their baby, not the best of timings! I contacted Best Mechanic and got an immediate response. He arrived next day to assess the car and gave me a full report. I arranged for the work to be done, plus another issue that they had not got resolved by another garage. He kept me informed whilst we were waiting for the parts and fixed it as soon as he could. My son was able to bring his son and wife home from the hospital. Many thanks, will definitely use you again when needed!

I cannot recommend Ade highly enough! My car stopped starting, and the battery light came on despite a recent battery replacement. I called him Thursday afternoon, and he arrived within hours to diagnose the issue- confirming the alternator needed replacing. He ordered the part and fixed my car the next day in two hours! I went to Autorama after hearing good things about them and reading their reviews. I can say they have an amazing customer service. They did a great job within a good price. Their hospitality was also amazing. I was offered coffee, sweets and a samosa. I highly recommend Autorama.

I have used this garage for 20+yrs all my MOT's have been done here. Also any work as always been of a high quality any little faults or adjustments have been sorted no questions asked all at a very competitive price & the car as always come back clean. The staff are all friendly & helpful. You also get a complimentary hot drink & a choice of cakes or samosa's. Definately recommend 10 stars all day long

Had a major coolant leak in my car. Rang them, asked me to get car to them. When I did, same day. They fixed it immediately and with no fuss, and not expensive either! Very happy!

Rang them up around 3 in the afternoon saying I had a bad tyre in need of replacing. Came around an hour later and they got me the tyre by the next day and fitted within 20 minutes for only 60-70 odd quid. Perfect service, perfect quality.

Car needed a new coil pack, popped down at 4pm on a Friday afternoon for diagnostics and by within 1 hour the car was back functioning as it should

I thought my wife's car had thin brake pads but they checked it the same day and confirmed that it had plenty of meat on the pads and didn't charge us unnecessarily, even though they had ordered the pads. I was impressed and grateful for their honesty
