Used Barry Heath Vehicle Repairs for the first time after struggling to get a solid diagnosis on a misfire fault. Tommy was incredibly thorough and kept me posted throughout the process, fixed the issue and also did some preventative work to ensure the same thing doesn't happen again. Clear, trustworthy and transparent from start to finish. Will be using them again for sure. Highly recommended 👌

Dropped my c class with a bit of knockin on one side front wheel , within a couple hours they located the fault and was fixed the same day . Prices are affordable as well. Highly recommend this place and I will be back for any fixes needed in future.

Pleased with the work and general experience while my S4 had servicing and control arms replaced as well as a full mechanical inspection work. The work carried out is always top class and you are kept informed no surprises! The lads are genuine, personable petrol heads who do the work well in good time and at reasonable costs given make of car. Come in last minute for my MOT after being let down, staff are lovely and helpful, talkative yet get the work done professionally and efficiently. Had a cup of coffee while I waited. Able to do repairs the same day and have the customers interests at heart. Very reasonable prices too, can not thank everyone enough !

I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

Fitch have recently carried out 2 MOT’s, 1 service and a repair for me and have been first class on every occasion. I have been regularly kept up to date via phone and text message/email. Highly recommend JAB autos. My usual garage wasn't able to complete a job for me until a couple of weeks time, and needed the water pump doing asap. JAB kindly said they would take it in and see if they could it between jobs and hopefully have by end of week (rang on Tues) By end of Thursday, car was all ready to collect. I used the valet services not the garage services. Got a mini valet done with a car wash and dry. Done very well and quickly; will definitely use the service again. The mini valet I had done included: - dashboard polish - seat wash and clean - interior vacuum - exterior and interior window cleaning - passenger and driver mat wash - air freshener This including a car wash and dry cost £15 He also gave me plastic seat covers to put over my seats so they don’t get dirty. Great service 👍🏽

Changed my rear springs and shocks, despite being much more difficult and taking much longer than expected, Mark stuck with the original quote and wouldn’t accept a drink. Will definitely be back, highly recommended. It’s refreshing to find good honest, tradespeople these days.

So, I phoned up to have my car serviced. All on the strength of the reviews I read. asked for a price and Mark did not give me a figure. He could not say, not sure, depends on parts ect. So, a little worried I dropped car round. Later picked car up and fearing the worse. Nothing to worry about. No disaster stories, service done at a reasonable price. Hard to trust people now days. Never had anything but first class service from this garage. I've moved around over the years and used a few different garages, but stuck with these for 5/6 years now. Always polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly, I've never felt ripped off. Work is always done quickly and seems fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.
