David came and offered the third of three quotes. Not only was it a fair price for the work but he obviously knew his business and gave us good advice. Our chimney needed repointing and repair. The concrete on the ridge and in the valleys had also rotted. He said replacing the concrete would, in the longer term, not be cost effective. He recommended dry ridge replacement. Richard did our work. The work was completed as agreed, to a good standard and within the agreed price. David inspected the work and was in touch throughout. He even agreed to place a broken tile at no extra cost. We would have no hesitation recommending Stormguard. If we require a repair in the future they would be our starting point.

Fantastic service from Dave at stormguard roofing, capping off two chimney stacks and re dressing the flashing getting it weather proof for the winter. Great price and communication from start to finish. He’s obviously very busy but did his best to fit us in before the really bad weather sets in for winter. So happy with the service and advice provided by Richard on the day and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a quality roofing service. I’ll also be having some more work done next summer.

Frisco is excellent at what he does! I had to call him out for a few jobs, he was always on time and I was always happy with the quality of the work/repair. Terry did everything he said he would, he turned up to review the job and booked the job in exactly when he said he would. The team started yesterday on the flat-roof, at 7.30am and worked continuously, I've never seen anything like it, they finished this morning and it looks great. They cleaned up everything, in fact it looked better than it did when they started and they were all super polite and easy to work with. We'd contacted a lot of roofers before we got Best Roofing on board and dismissed most of them because they didn't list specifics in their quote and didn't give a 10 year guarantee, like Terry does. We can't afford to make mistakes so we were more than happy to engage a company that's Limited too, we know we have come-back and not just a mobile number. I used BRS to retile my existing roof and tile my new extension roof. I am in the building/property industry myself so wanted someone who would work to a high standard. I got quotes from four different companies and BRS were not the cheapest, however Terry was professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was also recommended by a few other tradespeople that I know. They turned up on time and did the job to a high standard, a couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and without quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending BRS, plus his drone photos are very cool 😎

Been having ongoing problems with chimney stack water ingress. Dave gave honest advice and the most cost effective solution. Chimney stack was removed and the roof area felted and tiled to prevent further problems. Very skilled, trustworthy and his work and advice has really put my mind at rest. Joe and his colleague Cameron cleaned out blocked guttering. Arrived within the time quoted, and carried out an excellent job. Clea and tidy workers. Hosed all areas of the house and garage down that got dirty when muck and dirt fell whilst up the ladders they even hosed down the conservatory roof which was not in the quote. Very satisfied with two very courteous and obliging lads.

There was a missing tile on my roof which I think happened during the recent windy weather. It was causing a small leak every time there was heavy windy rain. I rang Joe on the Monday and he promised to fit me in the next day. He was so helpful and clearly understood how stressful the situation was for me. He kept his word and arrived with his colleague Robby and completed the required work straightaway. He didn’t try to overcharge like some roofing companies. RL Roofline replaced some of my roof tiles which had come loose following the recent storms and recapped a chimney. Charged a good price and both guys were friendly. This was the third time they've done some work for me and I will continue to use them in the future.
