Needed an urgent flat roof replacement. Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. On the day they turned up on time and completed the job same day. Highly professional, efficient and very much recommended.

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

From the initial contact to completion of the job, we found this company professional , reliable and trustworthy. On the first meeting we were told exactly what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Ours was a complex job that other traders could not comprehend or instil confidence in us. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The team was hard working and punctual producing a clean and tidy result. Nothing was too difficult, even when I asked for something to be done differently, making the job more complicated, they went out of their way to appease me and create, a perfect finish. We have another job that requires their expertise and have no hesitation in ringing them and recommending them. If only all tradesmen were like this!! Life would be simpler!

Chris and his team did an incredible job of repointing our house and repairing/restoring damaged brickwork. We live in a conservation area and had found it hard to find a company we trusted with the work, because most only showed photos of modern houses, or offered repointing but clearly didn't specialise in it (as some of the old repointing jobs on our house showed). We picked Maple after seeing some work they did on a neighbour's house, and we couldn't recommend them more strongly. Totally agree with all the previous positive reviews (knowledgeable, efficient, transparent about costs, really punctual, polite, great communication throughout), and would add that we really appreciated how much care the team took to do everything well, rather than just doing a 'good enough' job. It felt like they cared about getting a finish that would look good, as well as fixing our structural problems - to the extent that they also did some work we hadn't expected, eg on our gutters and drainpipe. Chris also arranged for someone to come and fix a few problems we had with our roof, and after a bad experience with another company we were really happy to have the work done (very quickly and at a really good price, too) by someone he'd worked with and trusted. We will definitely call them again if we need any more work done in future!

Chris and the team at Maple Home Improvements have been brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Chris clearly explained the work required and my options, and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing and re-pointing the front of my house. They've done an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

We live in a victorian terrace house that had damp in two rooms, this had previously been looked at by a big national company but the damp came back. Chris and his team travelled daily from Birmingham to Cheltenham always arrived on time and worked continuously throughout the day, they explained what would be happening each day and worked with us as we have a business from home. For such a messy job of removing the plaster, repairing and replastering with lime renovation plaster, they left the house as tidy as possible, and cleared each night. They dealt with all the challenges our house threw at them and completed a few little jobs like setting and pointing the coping stones on my garden wall while they were waiting for things to dry, without once wavering from the original quote. This was only done recently so I am awaiting the walls to dry for decorating, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team. Chris and his team did an excellent job bringing life back to a previously neglected property. They really take pride in their work and the house looks completely renewed. Chris kept me updated daily with progress, sharing photos/ videos and calling to update and query decisions that needed to be made. I don’t live locally so this was helpful to be fully informed and still able to oversee the work. He was super helpful with advising, explaining what issues there were as they came up and giving options available to address. As well as doing additional extras and consideration given to the neighbours. I’m really happy with the work completed (including repointing front & back with helibar installation, cleaning brickwork & replacing weathered bricks, roof repair, gable wall painting, PIV installation, bathroom &extractor fan installation) and do think it was worth the money. Everything pre-agreed remained the same - no hidden costs, and many additional bits included in the price. They’re a great team to work with. Chris was knowledgeable, reliable and easy to communicate with. Clearly a lot of expertise, and I would highly recommend him and his team.

Telephoned on Tuesday came out on Thursday to inspect my roof and quoted the same day I accepted and they carried out the repairs in full on Tuesday an Excellent job would definitely recommend

Brickwork in front bay area of house needed replacement. They turned up on time, began work quickly and kept at it for the whole day. At the end of the day they cleared up, leaving things probably better than before they started. I already knew it was a 2 day job and, when they returned the next day it was the same as before; working consistently and doing a very good job. The site was left clean and tidy. The price was one I was happy to pay. The workers were very helpful and good natured. I have used them before and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

We just moved house and the roof had quite a few things that need fixing or replacing. Tom listened to what I requested and gave some useful advice, then sent over a reasonable quote with a break-down of the costs of the individual sub-jobs. We were kept updated with dates of scaffolding and work, which were as confirmed, and the work was all carried out in 3 days (change of soffits and fascias and gutters, repairing valleys, repointing chimneys, replacing chimney flashing, installing tile vents plus a few more minor things that were not evident until the valleys had been uncovered). The workmen were pleasant and tidy workers, answered questions I had, and Tom came round after the work was done to check on a couple of things and put up a cable that had come loose during the work. Reliable, reasonably priced and I feel confident that if there are any problems cropping up in the future TWF Roofing will come back and sort it out.

The guys who did the Skylight windows did a great job, it only took them just a few hours to fit two Skylight. Would highly recommend, get it done quickly no messing about!
