We had an issue with one of our double plug sockets in the kitchen. After completing an online form we were contacted within the hour by Helen, and the job was rectified within a few hours from the telephone call. I dealt with Stewart previously when I needed an EICR on my new house, and based on that experience I didn't hesitate to engage him again to carry out the rewire of the complete property. Once again, Stewart (and his team) were superb throughout - from the initial quotation right through to completion. I recently brought my first house and it’s been a bit of a project; however I didn’t realise how poor (and dangerous!) the existing wiring was. Naturally, I looked around for an electrician to assess the full extent of the work needed and someone who was reliable. After going through the reviews of a number of electricians I finally came across Mike. He responded fast to any communications sent and was really friendly. He came and thoroughly assessed the wiring/electrics. I was initially concerned about the costs due to having a strict budget but the quote he provided was extremely fair for the significant work required and took the time to explain things to me. Whilst I went to work, I left a key with Mike who quietly went about his work and helpfully provided updates when needed. He works fast but his work is incredibly thorough and exceeds expectations. I don’t normally write reviews but I would really recommend Mike to anyone who needs an electrician. If I have any further work, this is the guy I will go to every time.

Very pleased with Actismart who fitted our EV Charger. Will made the initial assessment and advised the best options. Will was very knowledgeable and come up with some good solutions. Jake installed the charger and we had an additional outside electric plug. Jake made an excellent job and went over and above hiding and positioning the wall socket. I was extremely pleased with the work and would recommend Actismart and definitely use them again. Well done- great job!

On this occasion we had a new extractor fan fitted in our kitchen, and spot lights and extractor fan fitted in our bathroom. Needed a Ev charger installed and had a pretty small window between install and delivery of my EV vehicle and was recommended Actismart by a colleague. Initial call with Jay to discuss my requirements who was very polite and professional in taking a few details and then passed me over to his brother Josh who again was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was waiting under a week from my initial enquiry to install and all without any issues. These guys are very professional and their work and finish was to a very high standard. Unfortunately the 2 lads who came out to install I didn't get their names but again just as the rest very professional and their work to a very high standard.
