I’ve been coming to hair therapy by jade for years now! Chloe does my colour and always achieves whatever I ask for even though I can be a pain with always wanting to change it up🤣 and Sophie does my extensions and slays every time! the DREAM duo when it comes to my hair😍 always have the best appointment with a good Yap and gossip! gorgeous salon, great atmosphere and whenever I’ve had to bring my new born in they’ve also been so accommodating!💗💗💗

I have been a client of Sophie since 2017/2018 and since she started doing my hair I’ve never looked back. She is amazing at her job, the colour match of the hair extensions and she makes them look so natural. Sophie is honest and will always recommend the best option for your hair and lifestyle. 10/10 I would recommend Sophie to anyone. Since Sophie started working at Hair Therapy, I moved to start getting my hair cut and coloured here too. Chloe started doing my cut and colour and my hair always looks amazing. She always managed to match my colour to my hair extensions. She takes her time and ensures my hair looks fab. The whole salon is amazing, everyone is so friendly when you walk in, always get offered a hot drink and have a lovely chat with all the staff. The prices are also very reasonable. I would (and have!) recommend the salon to anyone. ☺️

*THEY PREFORM MIRACLES* I’ve been blonde, to dark and back to blonde SO many times, and each time these girls make it look effortless! I’ve followed Sophie for years, and I am always getting complimented on my extensions and how well she matches them! Chlo is an actual miracle worker getting my hair from being so dark to super light blonde! It’s a talent! Everyone in the salon makes me feel at home, and I love going for a little bit of TLC. Thank you for always making me laugh, and making my hair look absolutely incredible! Highly recommend these lovely girls! xxx

Walked past this hairdressers for a while and decided to give it a try, don't regret it for one moment. Hairdresser was lovely, couldn't have had a better experience, very friendly, good to get along with. My hair cut was gorgeous, not too scissor happy, she cut off exactly how much I wanted and it was styled beautifully. Will definitely be booking myself in here again :)

Sandra cut my hair beautifully. She's the only hairdresser I've ever seen who actually talked me into keeping my hair long. They usually end up lopping loads off and I come out disappointed. This time I came out feeling fabulous. I'm booked in again for the summer. Really nice lady and she did a lovely job. Reasonably priced too. Thanks so much.

Steph always works her magic with me. She pays extra attention to detail, listens to what I want and performs it perfectly. I couldn't go anywhere else now. My hair is in the best condition thanks to Steph and Bounce Salon.

I had my hair done by Katie a few days ago , she did some highlights which I was a bit nervous about as I’ve had the same colour for years now but I showed her some pics and she did exactly what I wanted and I am in love with my hair!! 🥰 The whole salon is so so welcoming and the experience made me feel so relaxed and pampered. The girls offered me a selection of drinks which was really nice to have during my appointment and the massage chair was absolutely unreal 🙌 can’t wait to come back ❤️

I’m a regular client at ARENA hairdressing salon and have been going for years. Sally is a brilliant stylist, she always makes me look fabulous. Her knowledge of colours & styles are remarkable. I always have a full head of foils, changing the shades often with the expert advice from Sally. The hair products she applies along with the cut & blow dry makes my hair look glossy and nourished. It’s a very friendly salon where everyone makes you feel relaxed. We have a good laugh too! It’s great being pampered and treated with lovely coffee and biscuits. The KEVIN.MURPHY hair products they use & sell are amazing; sulfate, paraben and cruelty-free. The salon is reasonably priced with friendly staff that make me feel like part of their family. Thank you ARENA, looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!

First time at the salon. Very clean and tidy, Staff are very polite, friendly and professional. The staff member listened to my request and delivered. Highly recommend. Good value for money. I will be back again.

The salon was most welcoming; warm, clean and bright with relaxing music playing at just the right volume in the background. All staff were friendly and attentive. Sophie took time to understand my hair type and was happy to share some helpful tips, recommending products but not in a pushy way. I had colour panels but underneath and a blunt bob cut. I was extremely pleased the transformation and have received many compliments about the cut and colours. It was a great experience.

Love love loved this salon!!! I’ve struggled finding salons and stylists which can dye my hair right and I think I’ve found my forever salon 😍 All the girls working there are really nice and attentive, always asking if I need a hot drink etc. My stylist, Abbie, asked all the right questions (where I want my balayage to start, if I want to match my roots). Everyone wore gloves and mask so I felt very safe, they even have a separate area whilst you wait for your dye to set in! The price is also SUPER good, my previous balayage was over £200 and it was not very good, this was around £100 and only took 3hrs. 10/10 could not recommend enough 😁

I was recommended to go to The Hive and I booked in with Charley in January 2022. I haven’t looked back! Charley is a brilliant hairdresser and so skilled at what she does. I can honestly say that I have never left my appointment disappointed, she’s always known what to advise to do/what my hair needs and I just follow her lead! The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing, lovely neutral decor and their drinks selection is delicious! There’s always a friendly vibe amongst the other hairdressers. Thanks again, Ellie!

I’ve now been going to Haze Hair Studio for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s a warm, very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all lovely and make you feel very welcome. I like to change my hair style and colour (from appointment to appointment) and the stylist always listens and advises me on pros and cons before going ahead. In fact, I’ve often come out happier with the cut/colour than I envisaged as they’ve completely understood what I was going for and made suggestions that work better for me. A hugely talented team and salon with very professional, personable staff. I would highly recommend to all!

I've been to this lovely salon in Stourbridge today for a cut and blow dry. Haley was great and gave me some really good tips for my hair. Love my new hair cut and style and so pleased with the price too. They also have a lovely little beauty place at the back of the salon. Highly recommend! 🥰

I first visited Haze about 4 years ago. I was at the stage where my hair was in bad condition through home dying. I wanted a total colour change. I wanted a miracle!! I soon was made aware in order to keep my hair in good condition it would take a few sittings and it was a process over time. Today my hair is healthy and strong and in fabulous condition. Hayley and her team are truly amazing, they are professional, always welcoming, friendly and make you feel at ease! I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic salon, new premises are amazing! A wonderful welcoming team of stylists, who are incredibly knowledgeable about colour! I Always receive compliments on my colour and cut for weeks after it was done! I've never stayed with a hairdresser for more than a few years, but have been coming back to Haze since opening.
