Charlotte took me for a walk-in appointment on Monday and it was my first visit as I have come home from uni for the holiday. She did an amazing job styling my hair following the description and reference photos I gave her and was very cautious of a new piercing I had, while doing my hair. Had my hair changed from blonde to an amazing brown with a few light highlights in. Charlotte did a great job of sorting out my wild quarantine hair (I had done a few at-home haircuts....). She listened to my concerns and wishes, and completely transformed my hair. We had a lovely chat the whole time and the covid-related precautions put me right at ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend her (as did my sister which is why I went) and will definitely go back!
