I honestly cannot thank willows enough. You literally saved my beautiful girl and gave her a second shot at life. Sky had liver lobectomy as there was a a cancerous mass present. The team looked after her so well and so please to get her home when I thought I was going to loose her.

Our own local vet referred our beautiful girl to Willows for further diagnostics and possible treatment plan for suspecting Mast cell tumour in the abdomen. We received a call within 24hrs of receipt of the referral from Willows to book in, initially the appointment was a little too far in the future, but we were assured that every effort would be made to bring the appointment forward, another call received later that day did in fact bring an appointment fwd. On the day of arrival the reception team were friendly and we had only a short wait to meet our designated specialist Mark Dunning, Mark was one of the most kind and compassionate people we've met, he was calm and patient with our dog, he spoke to her with respect and not over her, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the breed specifics and understood our concerns and feelings around the seriousness of the illness. He also, was very practical around what would or wouldn't be suitable for a dog of her age,and what would provide the best and kindest outcome for her. After the CT Mark called us straight away to let us know that our dog was fine and was recovering then discussed the findings. Sadly for her the findings were not good. Sadly we had let our beautiful girl go the day after her appointment at Willows, When Mark heard the news he showed great compassion to our situation, and although we know we did the best thing for her, Mark was able to reiterate our own thoughts and justification for our decision, this isn't something you always experience, especially when your seeing a new specialist with no previous working relationship with your pet. Because of Willows we have been able to take some comfort in an incredibly painful time that we possibly wouldn't have had,had we not agreed to be referred. I can't recommend this centre enough.

Rodney, our 3 year old Maine Coon Cat, had developed a slight limp. A visit the our Vet was very quickly followed by a referral to Willows Veterinary Centre. Bit of a coincidence that Rodney has a little sister by a different mother. She is a red wire haired daschund and is called Willow. I digress. It was decided to give Rodders a new hip and if all went well another new hip on the other side sometime later. After a year Rodders was re-assessed and unfortunately the new hip had failed. Various solutions were discussed but it was decided to give Rodney floating hips. One at a time. Currently we have Rodney in his onsuite recovery cage for the next two weeks. Alexis and the rest of the staff at Willows are absolutely amazing, dedicated to the care of their patients and the patients owners. Rodney soon let's you know if he doesn't like you or what you are doing. During his examinations he was totally placid. I will never hesitate to refer to Willows if any of my pets need top notch Vet care in the future. Attached photo of Rodders in his unsuited bedroom.

Absolutely first class. Saw Will, who was outstanding. He is one of the nicest and most helpful vets we have come across - he was very knowledgeable, patient and caring, and we trusted him implicitly with our boy. Can’t fault any of the staff; the reception ladies were lovely, as was the veterinary nurse we saw. We were seen quickly, they kept us informed and were really kind despite being busy, and I believe they really tried to keep costs down for us too. 100% recommend this vets. They made a difficult day much easier. Thanks Willows!

This was one of the only exotic vet locations near us and our first experience here wasn't the best. We went to this place a couple years ago for a routine health exam for our avian friend and despite the pricing being afforable, the vet we had was cold, condesending and impatient with us. They didn't ask any questions and didn't give us any indepth feedback unless we askded for it. Thus we looked at other places that abet weren't the best either in terms of price and expereince but we still had a better experience there than here. However, recently our pet bird had an emergancy condition that needed to be looked at ASAP and we couldn't get a place at our newer vets so we decided to settle for this one. We come to be ever grateful for that because the expereince we had here was leagues better than the experience we had a couple years ago and even better than the more recent vet that we have been going to. The newer vet we had was significanly for passionate and caring for us and our pet. They listened to all the infomation that we gave her and gave very specific and useful advice for us and our situation, such as walking us through all the possible procedures to treat our bird and answered any questions that we had about it. Alas they decided that it would have been better to keep our bird at the faclility overnight for them to operate in the moring where there is more staff, which the husbandary and living conditions for our bird was superb. The operation went smoothly and we were given updates from the vet themself as everything trasnpired. The overall customer service and professionalism in this facility has improved drastically and I implore that any people who might've been turned away from their exotic services in the past to give this place another try and since the pricing is very beginner friendly, for newer owners avian freinds and exotics that wants an exotic vet to definitely come here!

My parents have used Amicus for a good few years now taking their African grey parrot for beak and claws treatment. Not once had a problem. Friendly staff on the front desk, very good vets in the back sorting out our animals needs.

I’ve taken my budgies to Amicus for about 17 years. Roy saved my old budgies life after everyone gave up on her. I am back from a visit with little Ozzy today and the vet was lovely and so kind and thorough with him. Thank you all ❤️

Amazing service, my best experience with a vet, we had a puppy who needed urgent care and was asked to come in promptly, on arrival it was clear to see the passion that the staff have for what they do and the genuine care that they provide for the animals. Our pup 'Rocky' received the attention that he desperately needed straight away and has now recovered! From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the staff for their outstanding service and would recommend any pet owner who is searching for a practice who puts the needs of the pet first!
