I had to bring my 1-year-old cat to this emergency vet after he was suspected of being hit by a car. I was seen the same day by Alexandra, a lovely vet who quickly assessed him. X-rays suggested a pelvic fracture, so I was given pain medication and asked to return the next day for further evaluation. At the follow-up, we met Graham, who was fantastic—his humor helped ease my anxiety, and he clearly explained the x-rays, injury, and possible outcomes. Given my cat’s young age, we decided on strict cage rest and pain management, expecting a full recovery. A follow-up was scheduled for the following week. The entire team, from vets to nurses and reception staff, was professional, communicative, and incredibly kind. When I called the emergency line with medication questions that night, they were patient and reassuring. Vet bills add up fast, so having insurance or savings is essential—you never know when an emergency will happen. While I hope I won’t need to return, I’m grateful to know my pets would be in good hands if I do. Thank you for your care and professionalism!

We brought our baby bearded dragon here as an emergency due to an accident was seen so quickly and the details of what needed to happen was spot on! Sergio is AMAZING the way he dealt with our bearded dragon was far from our expectations he was brilliant! We will definitely be using 608 Vets for our other animals. We can’t thank you guys enough for looking after our Rex. Beyond brilliant vets would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the team. Contacted short notice as dog due vax and staff were super helpful. Vet we saw Andra was lovely and made a fuss of our dog! Very clean and tidy, calm atmosphere. I had tried to find an independent vet which seems sadly impossible.( 608 is owned by Mars which produce the worst pet food!). So, this wasn't my preference, however, the 2 independent vets i contacted (different area) didn't even respond to my request so well done 608 for top customer service and pet care.

Took our relative's dog here for neutering as it was the most affordable option that had availability. All went smoothly and we were offered support via email, so we could send pictures of the stitches for the vet to review and decide whether we needed a follow up appointment. Great option to avoid unnecessary journeys. It's also helpful that the practice offers weekend appointments. Things we didn't like were tha the car park is very small. The waiting area is also tiny so we had to wait for our appointment outside

Our friends had an emergency this morning in the early hours. Their dog Cassie was at the end of life. Dr. Katerina was absolutely wonderful. Very compassionate, patient, caring and so professional. Nurse John was brilliant and so patient with us on the phone whilst Cassie's Mom and Dad were making the decision.
