Phil has recently completed the most beautiful set of 4 fitted bookcases with cupboards below and a cupboard across the bay window. We are thrilled! Phil developed a design based on our basic needs and the finished effect is amazing: he has such good aesthetic sense and attention to detail. He is tidy and considerate and goes the extra mile: he offered to do our skirting boards too so that the fit with the cupboards is immaculate. Would definitely ask Phil back. And a thoroughly nice man as well as being a highly talented professional; a great experience! (Will add photos later)

Phil fitted some stunning alcove cabinets in our hallway. We are over the mood with the work. Phil was punctual and reliable and the finish is wonderful. Could not be happier. He's coming back next year to do some more work for us....!!!!

If you’re thinking of having Phil undertake carpentry at your house please do not hesitate. He is a consummate professional, excellent at his craft and on top of that a really friendly bloke. We wanted a bespoke staircase fitted in our home, modelled on the original 1960s open tread staircase, and Phil did an excellent job (see photos). He worked so hard to make the staircase practical and beautiful and we have had so many comments on how beautiful it is. We would happily use Phil again and recommend him to friends and family.

Phil is the consumate professional you've always dreamed of. We have had several jobs done by Phil, fitting new doors with oak lintel, oak shelving and bespoke wardrobes in a challenging space. He will spend as long as you require to discuss the project and will always find a solution which, when finished, is exactly what you were expecting. Courteous, tidy and always turns up when he says he will! Can't recommend highly enough and we will undoubtedly use Phil again.

Ste and his team were great, we had lots of jobs done around the home and he even did a few extras off his own back such as fixing creaks in the floor upstairs. We have had lots of compliments on the work that has been done.

I rang Stephen aston for a quote on 5 internal doors to be fitted and supplied . It was a tricky job as my doors were not the usual doors sizes. Stephen came round and seemed a nice guenine bloke. He advised me on what doors I could have and said he would email the quote all laid out so I knew exactly what I was paying for. After I received quote which was very reasonable, i went ahead with him. He came when he said he would and fitted my five doors and door furniture. What an excellent job he did and was very friendly and helpful along the way . He was a clean and tidy worker and even disposed of my old doors at no extra cost. A few months had passed since doors fitted and I noticed 2 doors had swelled due to the hot weather. So I gave Stephen a call to see if he could help. No bother he arranged to come around and he re -hung the doors for me at no extra cost. All in all a first class carpenter and does an excellent job for a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone if you want a professional job doing and not one of these jack of all trades cowboys. Thanks Stephen first class job.

Custom built cabinets to house our washer and dryer. Professional service, outstanding build quality. A few problems for them to overcome in an awkward odd sized room and the end result is top notch. Looks amazing and very happy with the end result. Definitely recommend them. Friendly and professional. Everywhere was cleaned up at the end of the day. Great service.

Rafa did a good job fitting a dado rail and skirting for me. He was able to do the work at short notice and to a good standard. He managed my expectations well and kept me informed with progress. I will be contacting him again in future for more work.

Rafa and team worked wonders on my kitchen. They replaced an old work surface with solid oak, fitted a wall cupboard and created a bespoke solution to cover my unsightly boiler pipes. Good communication throughout, adaptable and competitively priced. They took care to keep things clean and tidy too, putting down dust overs and hoovering after finishing the job. Mario and Qubic Carpenters are a fantastic company who have done various works for me over the last two years. Each job has been excellent and cheaper than anyone else I've had price. When we bought our new house, we were faced with the unexpected problem of a rotten kitchen. Even though we'd had a survey done, the survey didn't highlight how bad the kitchen was. We had to rip the kitchen out with two weeks to our moving day. Working with Mario has been fantastic! He did engineered wood flooring and bespoke shelving for us. The quality of the work has been exceptional and he was also ready to solve any difficulties along the way, as for example levelling the floor, repair broken steps etc. Moreover, the pricings were all in line with the quote and very reasonable.

Excellent service from Rubien today, had to have an emergency call out to fix the front door, after sending him a quick video of the problem, he gave me a quote. When doing the job, he found it to be a bigger job than expected and said it may cost more. After several attempts of fixing it, he eventually succeeded and still only charged me the original quote. Would recommend using Scott, searched through quite a few carpenters on google before deciding to use his services. Scott has played a very important role in our home renovation project! Scott is an honest tradesman who takes time to understand what needs to be done, but he's also got a wealth of experience and is happy to suggest ways things should be done, too. Neat, tidy and very good attention to detail and great quality. I have been using this company for years for many carpentry jobs including new doors and associated ironmongery etc. Structural floors and finishing works. 🥇 Only small draw back is that they don't do all the building work i need , like plumbing. 😄

Chet re-fitted two doors for us that had not fitted for some time. He arrived on time and completed the job with the minimum of fuss, he was also very tidy and managed not to leave any wood chippings behind. We would use him again.

Chet rehung my lounge door which kept coming away from the frame. He was efficient and prompt in coming out and provided good advice on the cause and how to manage any issues in the future. I would highly recommend this polite and knowledgable craftsmen.
