We honestly don’t have the words to fully express our gratitude to the incredible team at The Willows. Tom, Michelle, and the entire neurology team went above and beyond to care for our beloved boy, Drax. Their dedication gave us an extra year with him—something we are endlessly thankful for. Drax genuinely loved going in for his treatments. He was always treated like royalty, and it was clear how much he enjoyed the attention and care he received. He knew exactly where the treats were kept and always greeted the team with a lick and a tail wag, ready for cuddles and pets. Thank you all so much for everything you did—not just medically, but emotionally too. You gave us more time, more memories, and most importantly, peace in knowing he was always in the best hands. We now hold nothing but happy memories of Drax, and we will treasure them forever.

Absolutely first class. Saw Will, who was outstanding. He is one of the nicest and most helpful vets we have come across - he was very knowledgeable, patient and caring, and we trusted him implicitly with our boy. Can’t fault any of the staff; the reception ladies were lovely, as was the veterinary nurse we saw. We were seen quickly, they kept us informed and were really kind despite being busy, and I believe they really tried to keep costs down for us too. 100% recommend this vets. Absolutely spectacular service from start to finish. We were welcomed in to the Willows by friendly reception staff who explained everything clearly regarding insurance claims, cost and consent forms that need filling in.We were introduced to the surgeon who would be taking care of our mini dachshund, Tom explained everything in great detail making sure we understood what would be happening to our fur baby whilst in his care. We knew our dog was in safe hands after that first meeting. Tom kept us up dated through out with daily calls ,answering all of our questions.Both the physio and nurse who spoke to us on discharge explained everything clearly making sure we understood everything in our dogs recovery.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was referred to them from my local vets for an out of hours emergency. The receptionist was very helpful on the phone with estimating cost and arrangements. On arrival, they had a trolley ready to wheel in my large akita Storm.The nurse and the vet were very gentle with him and kind and understanding of the situation towards me. Storm was 16 years old and in a bad way, so unfortunately, this visit was for euthanasia.I was well informed about the process and assured he was in good hands.He passed piecfully, and I was given time alone before and after to say goodbye and was with him the whole time throughout. Received his ashes back for scattering in a beautiful tub along with paw prints and a lock of his fur.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in. Everything was carried out effortlessly and quickly, which was especially important. We were seen by Yolanda who was just brilliant. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring we understood every step of the way. Yolanda made sure to call us twice everyday to give updates on our dog which I found quite surprising as I wasn’t expecting this level of service, but was very much appreciative of. This helped us feel much more relaxed about the whole ordeal and we didn’t need to worry so much as we knew our dog was in good hands. The pricing was clear and the insurance was also sorted out by Willows which took another massive weight off our shoulders.
