Brilliant veterinary surgery. Take all of our animals there. They go out of their way to help and always explain so you can understand what's wrong, etc.

My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. I registered 2 kittens with White Cross Vets and have also joined up to the Wellness plan for them both. Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

Our elderly cat was a patient of AK Duncan for 18 months after we adopted her. She suffered from both thyroid issues and kidney failiure which meant she required regular vet visits and blood tests. Hannah was our primary vet and although our cat was an angry and difficult patient at times, she was always treated with gentle care and patience. Hannah did everything she could to provide options and care to prolong her life, comfortably and informed us of all options. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago and again, although incredibly painful, Hannah went above and beyond to make it as comfortable and as dignified as possible. It was clear that she was invested in our family and our situation which was a huge comfort.

Fantastic vets, we have used them for both our dog and gerbils and can't fault them.

Have returned to AK Duncan's after 6 years overseas. Still had our details, great to work with and great advice as always. While we don't want to have to use their services for our fur babies, it is great knowing they are there when we need them.

We've had nothing but exceptional care from this practice. All our cats are under their care, and every visit has been met with kindness, professionalism and real attention to detail. Stacey and the vet team are always thorough and reassuring, and you can tell they genuinely care. The receptionists and nurses are just as brilliant, friendly, compassionate and always ready to help. It really feels like a team that loves what they do, and treats every animal like their own. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent vet to our 3 cats, explain everything well and outline all the options available. The course of treatment is recommended, and expected outcomes given. Easy to get an appointment once registered, all the staff have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault these guys, they really care about the cat & are happy to discuss all options.

I cannot express enough how caring and kind Sarah is my dog Blue actually wags tail when sees her. Before his operation i was very reassured by Sarah and her lovely staff.

I had my 2 cats neutered and microchip done here they were amazing with them both as they were abit stressed as was in the carriers and didn't like them and were so polite and friendly towards myself knowing I was worried about leaving them so helpful in after care advice even chatted with me about their needs for after as I dropped them off so I did go shopping to get what needed before picking them up I've had no problems with my cats after 100% definitely would recommend them to others and will keep my cats registered here

Have used this veterinary Centre in Yardley for a long time now with 2 of my dogs. I have found them very good and treated your ani.al and yourself very good and professional. Always there to help if you have any questions about your pet. Fully recommended them.

Friendly and caring staff. It is obvious that everyone who works there loves animals. They vets are knowledgeable about greyhounds who have different blood levels to other dogs, which is fantastic for us! Recommend

Attending this vet practice is stress and hassle free! They look after our dog like he's their own, nothing is too much trouble. Charlotte, the orthopedic nurse and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful which takes all the worry out of our visit. Thank you guys for being such lovely people 💕

The best most honest vets iv ever been to. I was at Manor vets, they wanted over £800 for a prostate scan. I thought I’ll try elsewhere, the best vet ever I think a Spanish lady does the scan there and then gives me the medication which worked wonders for less than £100. Been there today with our puppy, weighed and spot on treatment for a month £6. It really is a great vets.

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. I have recently had to have both my dogs put to sleep here just 7 weeks apart. Each time the staff were extremely sensitive. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and the lovely pack of a card, hair cuttings and paw prints are such a personal touch that will be treasured. Thank you to all the staff who helped us with this very upsetting time.
