Wonderful caring service. We had to have our anxious boy PTS and Monika came to our house. Her and her wonderful nurse (sorry I can't remember her name) were so caring and calming and made it a very serene and beautiful passing. Though it was a sad time, it was everything we could wish for. I would recommend them to anyone with anxious pets or if the time has come for your pet to say goodbye, and you don't want to stress them out by taking them to a vets. I can never thank them enough. Very reasonable prices too

I can’t thank Small Paws Vets enough for the outstanding care they gave my dog, Rosie. From the very start, Monika was amazing – she came out for a home visit which made all the difference to Rosie’s comfort and stress levels. The care, compassion, and professionalism were second to none. Rosie then had a small operation and was treated like absolute royalty – the team made her feel calm and cared for every step of the way. It’s so reassuring to know your pet is in such kind and capable hands. Highly recommend Small Paws to anyone looking for a genuinely caring, professional, and personal vet service.

Gone above and beyond today for our dog Max wasn't able to take him to have his dressing changed. But they collected him from home changed his dressing and brought him back. Great service thankyou

Its been a little while since our visit but Well were do I start the waiting area was immaculate and once entering it oozed professionalism the receptionist was professional welcoming and reassuring on entry to the practice. The professional staff greeted and took a vested interest in not only you but the pet needing attention. We saw the lady vet on entering her consulting room you felt at ease.our dog was treated unconditionally and everything was explained at at level for all to be able to understand. We were pleased with everything we experienced there. If you want a gold standard service this is the place to go.

An incredibly lovely friendly practice. We were treated so well at our first visit, the staff are all amazing and little Betsy Bulldog is home safe, well and now fast asleep. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you all so much 😊

Our family (and others we've recommended) has been using this vets for nearly 20 years and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our experience with 387 vets has been overwhelmingly positive and any concerns or issues we've had have always been addressed promptly. They might appear more expensive than other vets in the area but their services match the price. They've approached all of our pets with genuine care and compassion (and this is true for everyone we've dealt with at the practice) and have answered any questions we've had about treatment (and we've asked quite a few!) with compassion and clarity. One of our cats went through chemotherapy here last year and they out our minds at ease throughout this stressful time. They even allowed one of our other cats to accompany him, to help with her behaviour after each of his chemotherapy visits. Our other cat recently stopped eating and they didn't hesitate to look into what the issue may be and provided us with options on how best to help her. The staff are lovely and I genuinely don't think you can find a better vet practice than this one. We appreciate everything you have done for and continue to do for us! Thank you.

What can I say?? Our dear beautiful boy called Bandit was taken to 387 vet’s for emergency surgery while on the care of my daughter when we were in Jamaica. He had a foreign body in his intestines that cause significant damage and the surgery was long. He passed on the table at the final hour which was simply traumatic and distressing for all the staff at 387 vets. I want to thank Carlos, Jennifer, Hamish, all the nurses and all the reception staff for trying their best to save his life and the kindness and compassion going over and above to call me in Jamaica and my daughter at home to deliver the devastating news. They arranged for his cremation and gave me the time we needed for a debrief of what happened on my return. When I tell people of my experience and the loss of Bandit they comment on what a wonderful practice 387 vets must be. The care Bandit received was second to none and I am at peace with the way he was cared for and loved in his final hours. Cannot thank you enough for helping us through such a horrible time

Fantastic service for all the paws in my house. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. And always available within an hour of phone call. The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment. 5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. And your kindness goes along way.

I brought my rabbit Phoebe here when she was poorly and my original vets was shut. Amazing staff! So friendly and so hopefully. Definitely have love and passion for the animals. This will be my chosen vets from now on! Thank you

So happy I chose this vets for my two cats. I think they're handling the whole covid situation brilliantly. The girl on reception (Amy) is so lovely and chatty. I met the vet at the door who clearly explained the treatment my cat would need, the benefits and what I could expect in the future. I have total faith that they will care for my pets in the future. This is by far the best vets we have used. Our previous vets don’t match up to the standard and care you get from mere green pool house vets practices. From the team on reception to the vets themselves are all professional and welcoming. We know Our 3 kittens are in good hands when they visit.

I was let down by my old vets for my dog to be spayed. Powis vets fitted me in the very next morning. Transferred all my dogs records etc for me on the spot. Not that it matters too much but they was £100 cheaper then most other vets. They’re very friendly and polite, updates on my dog throughout the day. When I went to collect my dog I was charged for the operation only, when I informed the receptionist that she had her nails clipped and anal glands expressed I was told there’s no charge. They easily could have added that cost onto the bill, which other vets likely would have! This vets actually care about your pets and not just after your money. Best decision I have made switching from black vets in Dudley to this place. 100% recommend

Thank you to everyone at Powis for taking good care of my spaniel Marley before, during & following his castration surgery. He is a very clingy boy but remained full of spirit throughout his stay and was more than happy to return today for his wound check. Every member of staff at this surgery are friendly, compassionate & kind to the animals in their care. I have been to other surgeries in the past & it was very clear that staff used a very task orientated approach when caring for the animals. This is definitely not the approach that the staff working at powis take, instead, they use a holistic approach with the animal needs and wellbeing at the centre of their care. I would absolutely recommend this vets and will continue to take both my pups there for all their care, well done Powis ❤️

I have recently changed to Powis for my little cat who has so far not responded to treatment for hyperthyroidism. Powis vet Tanya has been very good researching the best way forward and we now have a plan to follow. Everyone very friendly and polite and the premises very clean and bright. Thank you to Tanya and the veterinary nurse and reception staff.

I wanted to take the time to say a massive thank you to PowisVets. Our little kitten Penny was in a terrible accident at just 10 weeks old. After being told she was ok by an emergency vets. I took her for a second opinion at Powis the next day. She was seen by Pippa who instantly knew something was very wrong. In less then 24hours Penny was having surgery and as far as I’m concerned Pippa and the team saved Penny’s life. They worked a miracle! They went above and beyond and for that we will be eternally grateful. Penny is now 12 weeks old and has been given the all clear today 🎉🎉. She’s endured so much for a little one but thanks to Powis she’s got through. She now only has 8 lives remaining 😅. Thank you Powis I don’t know what we would of done without you 💐💐💐

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. I was just glad we had these guys to support us. Rip Lui 2014-2024

Despite this vet being an hour away from me I decided to bring my cat here as they had the earliest dates available, unfortunately a few things came up and I had to reschedule 2 times, not only were they friendly but they were quick to book me in with no extra fee. On the day we were late to our appointment due to traffic yet they still took us in. It’s a clean environment with friendly staff, if this place was closer to us it would be our go to vet.

Was a wonderful experience! Klaudia is a very nice vet. I was anxious about the visit as my cat is 17 years old and still fussy as she is a Burmese cat. Overall my cat is a nice one but when she doesn't like someone, she can be a bit aggressive. Thanks again for your assistance. I will definitely contact you again. I will definitely recommend her.

easy to book appointments online, you know even which vet will see your pet, friendly staff and didn't push to buy products they recommend which is always a breath of fresh air

The vets at this centre are amazing highly recommend to take any animal there. We take our injured wildlife birds that comes into my brother rescue and they are amazing with them they decide if it’s best to be put to sleep or to come back into the rescue and live a happy life. They never put animal small or big to sleep if it’s not recommended. Best veterinary practice in Birmingham definitely worth going

This place is absolutely 5 stars and more! Our bunny broke her jaw and our own vets could not do anything for her, someone was looking down on us when we got transferred to Manor Vets Edgbaston. Mikel her vet is an absolute genius and the kindest man we have ever met, he goes above and beyond to help and honestly we would not thank him enough! He always remained positive and nothing was too much trouble, she would not be here without him. The nurse Faye is the sweetest person, equally as compassionate and caring and helped not only with our bunny taking great care of her but made us feel so at ease, such a lovely person. The reception staff, well it’s safe to say we spent a lot of time with these ladies on our trip weekly visits for 3 months, they are kind, compassionate and just great people and we enjoyed there company! Our bunny is now all fixed because of these great people and she will be staying at this vets for any future treatment and her vaccinations, thank you guys, you really are the best x Highly highly highly recommend this vets!

Fantastic vets, especially Jack and Mikel, and nursing staff, especially Mandy. Reception staff are also extremely helpful and supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone who has rabbits. The team is so knowledgeable and also happy to educate owners to better manage and understand their rabbits needs.

They saved my budgie's life! I can't say enough words how good and operative they all been! If not all the Manor staff I wouldn't have my budgie by now.. They all together did this amazing job! Took our relative's dog here for neutering as it was the most affordable option that had availability. All went smoothly and we were offered support via email, so we could send pictures of the stitches for the vet to review and decide whether we needed a follow up appointment. Great option to avoid unnecessary journeys. It's also helpful that the practice offers weekend appointments. Things we didn't like were tha the car park is very small. The waiting area is also tiny so we had to wait for our appointment outside

Our friends had an emergency this morning in the early hours. Their dog Cassie was at the end of life. Dr. Katerina was absolutely wonderful. Very compassionate, patient, caring and so professional. Nurse John was brilliant and so patient with us on the phone whilst Cassie's Mom and Dad were making the decision. We brought our baby bearded dragon here as an emergency due to an accident was seen so quickly and the details of what needed to happen was spot on! Sergio is AMAZING the way he dealt with our bearded dragon was far from our expectations he was brilliant! We will definitely be using 608 Vets for our other animals. We can’t thank you guys enough for looking after our Rex. Beyond brilliant vets would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the team. Contacted short notice as dog due vax and staff were super helpful. Vet we saw Andra was lovely and made a fuss of our dog! Very clean and tidy, calm atmosphere. I had tried to find an independent vet which seems sadly impossible.( 608 is owned by Mars which produce the worst pet food!). So, this wasn't my preference, however, the 2 independent vets i contacted (different area) didn't even respond to my request so well done 608 for top customer service and pet care.
