I have recently changed to Powis for my little cat who has so far not responded to treatment for hyperthyroidism. Powis vet Tanya has been very good researching the best way forward and we now have a plan to follow. Everyone very friendly and polite and the premises very clean and bright. Thank you to Tanya and the veterinary nurse and reception staff.

I was let down by my old vets for my dog to be spayed. Powis vets fitted me in the very next morning. Transferred all my dogs records etc for me on the spot. Not that it matters too much but they was £100 cheaper then most other vets. They’re very friendly and polite, updates on my dog throughout the day. When I went to collect my dog I was charged for the operation only, when I informed the receptionist that she had her nails clipped and anal glands expressed I was told there’s no charge. They easily could have added that cost onto the bill, which other vets likely would have! This vets actually care about your pets and not just after your money. Best decision I have made switching from black vets in Dudley to this place. 100% recommend

I wanted to take the time to say a massive thank you to PowisVets. Our little kitten Penny was in a terrible accident at just 10 weeks old. After being told she was ok by an emergency vets. I took her for a second opinion at Powis the next day. She was seen by Pippa who instantly knew something was very wrong. In less then 24hours Penny was having surgery and as far as I’m concerned Pippa and the team saved Penny’s life. They worked a miracle! They went above and beyond and for that we will be eternally grateful. Penny is now 12 weeks old and has been given the all clear today 🎉🎉. She’s endured so much for a little one but thanks to Powis she’s got through. She now only has 8 lives remaining 😅. Thank you Powis I don’t know what we would of done without you 💐💐💐

Thank you to everyone at Powis for taking good care of my spaniel Marley before, during & following his castration surgery. He is a very clingy boy but remained full of spirit throughout his stay and was more than happy to return today for his wound check. Every member of staff at this surgery are friendly, compassionate & kind to the animals in their care. I have been to other surgeries in the past & it was very clear that staff used a very task orientated approach when caring for the animals. This is definitely not the approach that the staff working at powis take, instead, they use a holistic approach with the animal needs and wellbeing at the centre of their care. I would absolutely recommend this vets and will continue to take both my pups there for all their care, well done Powis ❤️
