Although my dog has aggressive cancer and listening to the vet re options, it was our decision not to put him through a big operation & chemo and for him to receive palatine care. Everything was explained clearly.

Excellent all the way round. All staff were kind and friendly and our kitten felt secure enough to behave (which amazed me and my husband 🤣) for her injection and microchip Just to update Chewy was neutered here on 27.2.2025. Absolutely no issues afterwards. Scar was tiny. She’s healed perfectly. Everyone is just so nice, all the animals love the staff. Chewy was fussed over Costantly. On the day a doggo was being put to sleep and I watched how kind everyone was to his family. I decided here and now there’s no other vet I’ll take our cat to.

It was our first trip to the vets with our cats, for their annual boosters. They're rescues and so very nervous of people in general. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. There's a separate area for cats and dogs, and we were seen after about 10 minutes of waiting. The vet was very good with both cats, very calm and friendly. All went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further
