Tia and sid were looked after by Hannah. She was fabulous from the start checking my dogs ou. t thoroughly. Very informative and giving great advice. The atmosphere here is lovely now with the reception desk staff looking welcoming when you arrive. Seems like a happy working place and that makes me happy. Kind, helpful and friendly reception staff.. in person and over the phone. Vets was lovely and very gentle with my little dog. Have helped me to find cost beneficial ways to afford costs for my dog and offer a great service. My dog and I are looking forward to going there again.

Saved my dogs life, Marley and he's owners are very grateful, thank you.update four months later Marley has insulin twice a day he's lost he's gained weight and back to normal,update 8 months later Marley is fantastic only had a wobble one day with the heat sorted out with a little honey in mouth, 12 months on and he's doing well, expect to pay out for medication but the extra time you have your mate is priceless.Marley is doing very well 2yrs 3 months and controlling he's diabetes, December 26th 2024 Marley is 14 today, and 3 years medicated, doing really well, happy birthday. 9/2/25 Sadly My boy Marley gave up and we did the correct thing by him, I will miss him terribly. Marley was a diabetic for 3 years and 3 months, so we controlled it and had that extra time with him.

Took my two chihuahuas for their 6 month check up, nails clipped ,glands expressed. Reception staff very welcoming, Chloe the nurse was really caring taking time with my stressed boy( he gets a bit bitey when scared) she was wonderful with them both.
