Sam replaced our entire roof and porch roof in January. Really happy with the result. Quote was very professional and all work carried out as expected. Sam’s communication was excellent keeping me updated at all times and checking I was happy along the way. Roof looks great and seems to have solved our damp problems too!! At the end Sam and his team all did a brilliant job tidying too and left the patio and garden all clear. Highly recommend

The quote was very reasonable compared to others I had and Sam’s attention to detail was unmatched. The team was professional, prompt and tidy. I also had guttering installed as a last minute ask which they also accommodated for. The roof looks very neat and tidy and even comes with a 25 year warranty! Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

I knew I had picked the right roofer when they gave me an alternative design of roof to the one the architect drew up . It meant a new set of plans being drawn up but the extra pitch gave me far much more working room . The standard of work was exceptional with many neighbours commenting on the work . Kye , In particular proved to be such an experienced and considerate craftsman we used his services for installing the staircase , bathroom furniture fitting , door hanging and all the architrave and skirting work . Couldn’t recommend them strong enough

Rang Up Top Roofing for an emergency repair on my roof due to the storm. Kieran was at the door within 45 minutes, ready to repair the roof. Very efficient, prompt and professional! They were able to temporarily fix the roof quickly to stop the leaks into the house and will return for more extensive work on the roof. They explained everything and showed pictures of what they had done. Highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I had been trying for over a year to tackle a problem with damp on a chimney breast in my bedroom. The house is Edwardian with a sloping state roof. The company I had been using had made several attempts to deal with it and after each visit the problem had been made worse. I contacted C&S Roofing Services to try and get help correcting the mess that had been made of the roof area around the chimney and the chimney lead work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Despite the fact that they very busy Shane made time to come and see the problem and subsequently prepared a detailed written quote for replacing the lead work and rescuing/replacing the slates. Shane clearly and honestly explained to me the details of the work needed and also the reasons why. The work was prompt scheduled in and carried out on the agreed date. All work was done to a very high standard and the costs were very reasonable. C&S Roofing Services certainly know their way a slate roof and have all the skills necessary. They are also pleasant to have around while they are working. All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with them and made a refreshing contrast to my previous experiences with local roofers. I have no hesitation in recommending C&S for any work on slate roofs and I will certainly use them again for any future work that may be needed.

What a brilliant business to deal with. Shane, the business owner, went out of his way to patch up our leaking gutter which had obviously been leaking for years, having just moved into a new home in Wareham. Shane made a temporary patch using lead as the leak was in a very awkward position. I would recommend this business to anyone.

After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. We met Shane who couldn't have been anymore willing to help. He came to have a look the following day. Understanding our financial situation he worked with us to make it as affordable as he could. His staff came and worked in the pouring rain all day, removing our old roof and framing for the new one. They were really lovely, and went above and beyond.
