I started seeing Dr Manish Chitnis at Dental Concepts as I wished to have my teeth straightened by Invisalign which is a service not offered by my regular dentist. The straightening of my teeth has taken around 17 months to complete as Dr Manish and I wanted to achieve the best outcome possible. Dr Manish also performed root canal treatment on a problematical tooth which later needed to be removed. Whenever I have requested to see him for any reason, even in an emergency when I had an abscess, he has been accommodating in fitting me in with an appointment. Dr Manish's dental nurse Elllie is always cheerful, friendly and helpful and is always able to put me at ease when I am feeling anxious. I would highly recommend this practice.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. I had to get my top two wisdom teeth removed and I am terrified of needles and the pain when injecting the anaesthetic, and they all walked me through it and made me feel at ease, and the extraction was also really easy and straightforward. 10/10 definitely recommend, my whole family goes here and we always have amazing experiences!

Have recently had a back tooth root removed and an implant fitted by Dr Manish and his team at Dental Concepts. Was somewhat nervous beforehand but needn't have worried. The whole process was just so professional. The tooth root was removed and the implant fitted in the same 1 hour session with no pain at all during treatment and in the days after. The CT scan a week ahead of treatment enabled a template for the implant position to be made ensuring accuracy for the drilling. A couple of stitches were used where the root was removed and the gum is healing perfectly. The implant post and crown will be fitted in January to give the gum time to fully heal. Great job so far and will update review after my crown is fitted.

I was faced with a dental emergency when my crown suddenly came loose, heightened by my concerns about a potential gum infection that I'd been grappling with. Fortunately, I crossed paths with Dr. Manish and his dedicated team, and from that point onwards, I knew I was in capable hands. Through several visits, which included dental surgery and a bone graft, the results are fantastic. I now have a beautiful porcelain implant and crown that have not only resolved my initial concerns but have also enhanced my smile. I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Manish and his team for their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. I highly recommend Dental Concepts to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. My daughter and I had our first appointment at Cornmarket Dental yesterday. The receptionist was friendly, the waiting area pleasant, our appointment started on time. My daughter was very anxious and the dentist and assistant were friendly towards her. The dentist was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time to explain. Absolutely recommend!

I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

Having moved to the area a couple of years ago, I had neglected to register with a new dentist & found it difficult to decide which practice to enrol with. Glad to say I made the right choice with Dentistry on the Grove. Super clean premises, looks professional & calming from the minute you walk in the door. The reception staff are welcoming & friendly and my dentist Dr Tracey Lightfoot was simply wonderful and has a great bedside manner. She explained everything, and did a fantastic job preserving a fractured tooth I had assumed would need extracting. Absolutely delighted with results & even looking forward to my next check-up (never thought I'd say that), highly recommend.

I had an extreme fear of the dentist and hadn’t gone in several years with past experiences being horrific. I ended up with a gum infection which forced me to make an appointment, after hearing good things about dentistry on the grove I decided to try there. I’m so glad I did! They were all so kind and patient with me, and I’m telling you I was very difficult but they all knew exactly what to do to calm me and all my appointments went really well all the check ups, periodontal cleaning and normal hygienist appointments. If you’re nervous of the dentist please give this one a chance, they have helped me so much and my teeth and gums are healthier than ever. Can’t thank them all enough.

We have followed Tracey having been her patients in the New Forest for some 20 years. She is personable, professional and extremely skilled at her job. Her surgery is large, airy and light. Tracey and her Nurse Ashra are very welcoming and personable. The Dentistry on the Grove practice is well run, the premises are clean and roomy and the receptionists are very warm and welcoming. We cannot recommend this practice too highly!

I had an exceptional experience today. Naomi and her wonderful assistant demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. Remarkably, at 43 years old, I even learned the proper technique for brushing my teeth.

Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years. I’m very pleased to say that Kelly has fully maintained the friendly and highly efficient service offered by Neil. Also, Nadia is an excellent hygienist. The staff are always welcoming and, again, efficient.

My husband and I have been with Walford Mill Dental Care for over 30 years, our children either since birth or very young, and our grandchildren since birth. The practice is easy to access adjoining a good, inexpensive carpark. It’s always comfortable, clean and tidy. All staff are excellent and very helpful - Karen, the receptionist I usually see, has been there many years and has never failed to be cheerful and friendly. I usually get seen on time, and rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Emergencies are handled with sympathy and respect, and are dealt with as quickly as possible. The practice changed hands around a year ago, and having had two visits since then, I can say the standard is equally as good as it was before. I’m very happy and certainly recommend Walfod Mill Dental Care to anyone.
