Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my daughter. I would also like to thank the reception staff who were lovely.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. They take time and care to explain every stage to me and make sure I’m happy and fully understand what’s happening. Any questions I have are answered fully. Having a dental phobia it took a lot to seek out treatment for a molar that needed extracting. SmileKind was definitely the right choice. During the initial consultation I was so anxious I could barely get the words out but they were very patient and explained the treatment process which was reassuring. All the staff were knowledgeable and understanding.

I admit I did have some nerves about having my 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. However, shortly after walking into the surgery, I met Bilal who told me the procedure would be relatively straight forward. Bilal has a very good manner, and the extractions were straight forward as he said. Highly recommended.

Bilal and Sarah were absolutely superb. I've never EVER had work done on my teeth before so having my wisdom tooth out felt like a big deal but I can honestly say, the needles and the extraction were NOT painful or scary at all. It was such a smooth experience and I would go back there to have more out if I could. Very talented dentists who made the whole process a positive one.

I’m currently just over 2 weeks post op on getting both my lower wisdom teeth out. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was really nervous getting my teeth out but Sami and Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were both so reassuring and empathetic. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable which i really appreciated. When i got them out, Sami was very quick & both of them were out in like 5 minutes. I luckily had little to no swelling and the pain wasn’t horrible. There was a point where it was very painful and i contacted smilekind and they were so wonderful at getting me an appointment quickly so the dentist could take a look. The holes seem to be healing nice as well. I’ve see to many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, im very grateful for Samis expertise in getting them out without any problems. He’s very confident in the work he does and i found that really comforting. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team. A lot of places don’t seem to care about their patients anymore so it’s refreshing to see a business remain genuine in wanting to help.

This was my first time going to a dentist to extract a tooth. I am someone who have pride in my teeth and at the age of 68 had a full set of teeth. Unfortunately one of them broke while I am on holiday in the UK. Smile Kind was very professional, patient and made me comfortable. I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth 🥰

Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them.
