As a new patient to the practice my first impression was relaxing with efficiency. From reception to medical staff the air is calm and reassuring. After my initial check up, I needed a filling which was so quick and totally painless. Highly recommended. 👍

I recommend the dentist Rishi Naraidoo.. he is a very good dentist.. he really knows what he is doing and the visit with him was a pleasure.. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my teeth.. he is very friendly and understanding.. he explained everything very well, how the treatment would be carried out, paying attention to the smallest details... I highly recommend it, it's really worth it!!

Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! As a very anxious patient, I usually dread visits to the dentist, but no longer. We recently had new patient check ups with Luke at Rock House dental practice and Luke is amazing. He was so caring and gentle that the whole experience was calm and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice and wish I had found it years ago.

Theo is the most amazing dentist I have visited, he is calm and cool and continually talking to you throughout the procedure. I had 2 teeth extracted and both time was painless, his way of giving injection also painless, I haven’t felt a thing. All you have to do is “relax and breath, I’ll do the rest “ that’s his advice and worked both time. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s matter of fact. Thanks Doc, see you next month to do the rest.

The most wonderful dental practise, worth every penny. Very approachable staff and a lovely environment. Nick is a truly incredible dentist. I had to have a very unpleasant extraction and because he is so gentle, compassionate and kind I felt completely at ease. I would recommend him to anyone feeling anxious or frightened. What a guy!

I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Richie and his amazing team make you feel relaxed, safe and welcoming. The girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help with any questions. They will email you with appointments and also reminders by text, which is extremely helpful as I always loose my appointments cards 🤦‍♀️ they will try their very best to try and fit you in when changes are needed. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

Outstanding! From the moment you walk in it's a positive experience. Receptionists are very pleasant & helpful and it's an overall nice environment. Dentist (Bart) did a brilliant job doing my root canal and I can't recommend him and the dental practice more highly.

Had my appointment today, the hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was painless and I have very clean teeth. Booked up for another appointment in 6 months. I would recommend my hygienist as she is very good at her job and a very professional pleasant person.

As usual, efficient and kind. I had a choking fit and thought I would pass out. The dental assistants were very helpful and Bart was his usual considerate self. I have nothing but praise for them all.

Always excellent . Polite receptionists and appointments easily booked. The dentist and dental nurse were thorough and great with me as a nervous patient. I was horrified to hear that patients have been abusive to the staff here - we are lucky to have an NHS dentist .
