For me , who is the most scaredy cat woosy Wooster at dentist, I can honestly say Merhdad is the most patient dentist. He is to the point so firm but very understanding of my fear and always reminds me to breathe 😁. I am very irrational and have trouble even having my teeth cleaned but we have an understanding and when my hand goes up he stops !

Excellent service in a time of stress. I had to have an emergency visit to the lakes Dental Practice today. I saw the Dentist Mehrdad Taghizadeh. I can only compliment him and his team on a very professional and caring service. The explanation and education given to prevent further problems was invaluable too. Dr Claudia has taken over my treatment recently and has provided exceptional care. My injections have been painless and the anaesthetic has worn off evenly; meaning I can go about my day normally even after root canal treatment. She is considerate of my TMJ issues and provides regular breaks during treatment. My appointments are efficient and everything is explained to me at the time and afterwards.

I've been with this Surgery for since Mr Bary with his wife owned it,great service those day, I can't complain with the overall service,all good. Special thanks to William Breen, he made me feel at ease from the moment I sat down, had 2 appointments with him including a filling replacement, very happy. Also been to the Hygienist who was lovely and gave some good advice about looking after my teeth better and what brush to use.

Simon is amazing - I’ve never had painless injections and he removed my tooth without any pain or excessive tugging. I had a horrible fear of dentists and now I won’t see anyone else! He ran through everything with me and put my mind totally at ease. Very experienced and has an impressive dental and medical career. Lovely atmosphere in the practice too. Thank you. 🤩

Received bonding and whitening treatment from Johnathan at Whitehall and I’m very happy with the results. I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I have attending Whitehall House Dental Practice for several years. I have always found the professional service and advice to be of the highest standard. Recently, I had a wisdom tooth removed, which had been causing me quite a few problems. My treatment was extremely good and I have recovered well. I recommend this practice to everyone.

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. Having been petrified of the dentist for many years, I can not fault the care and attention that I have received from everyone at dentistry@68. The whole process of sedation was very relaxing, and every step was explained fully. There was no rushing. I cannot recommend The Gentle Dentistry highly enough—they are, without question, the best dentists I've ever visited (and I've been to quite a few). As a very anxious patient with previous bad experiences, I thoroughly researched to find a trustworthy dentist for complex work. My search led me to The Gentle Dentistry. After reviewing their website, I decided to book a consultation. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was seamless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I received a detailed treatment plan, with every aspect clearly explained. I required multiple appointments due to the complexity of the work, and each visit was reassuring, with the entire process clearly outlined. Meeting Dan and Ed for different treatments was a pleasure—they provided exceptional care. The assistants were fantastic, offering support throughout the entire process. Yesterday I needed emergency treatment for a tooth infection. Gentle Dentistry gave me an immediate appointment I was treated by Ed who was absolutely amazing professional and made me feel at ease. When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. Had my tooth extracted earlier today. The receptionist, dentist and the assistant were all very kind and friendly which made me so comfortable as I was a bit anxious.The dentist (Ibrahim) made sure to explain the procedure every step of the way coupled with lots of oral health messages glad to have learnt something new today! Now I can take better care of my teeth in the future. Thanks for creating a very relaxed and painless ordeal for me.how can I forget the very cheerful assistant! We have followed Tracey having been her patients in the New Forest for some 20 years. She is personable, professional and extremely skilled at her job. Her surgery is large, airy and light. Tracey and her Nurse Ashra are very welcoming and personable. The Dentistry on the Grove practice is well run, the premises are clean and roomy and the receptionists are very warm and welcoming. We cannot recommend this practice too highly!

I had an extreme fear of the dentist and hadn’t gone in several years with past experiences being horrific. I ended up with a gum infection which forced me to make an appointment, after hearing good things about dentistry on the grove I decided to try there. I’m so glad I did! They were all so kind and patient with me, and I’m telling you I was very difficult but they all knew exactly what to do to calm me and all my appointments went really well all the check ups, periodontal cleaning and normal hygienist appointments. If you’re nervous of the dentist please give this one a chance, they have helped me so much and my teeth and gums are healthier than ever. Can’t thank them all enough.

I recommend Envisage highly. Since I moved to this practice my experience of dental care has completely changed. I no longer dread my visits. The dentist I see is fantastic. He has really put me at ease along with his friendly dental nurse. The hygienist was great. And the reception team are friendly. I’ve been coming to the team here since I can remember! Elana is amazing and always greets me with a friendly smile and hello, Amiee and her nurses, I’m sorry I can’t remember their names, are so lovely and gentle, really make me feel at ease! I now see Rami, and his nurse Joanna (I think) are absolutely amazing, I’m a nervous patient anyway, but the team here never fail to make me feel incredibly safe in their care! 10/10 service and care i recommend to anyone who will listen!
