I have just started with Phoenix for my dental treatment. I am so impressed with the quality of care I have received so far that I have recommended them to my wife and other family members. Dr. Dilek Ragip is a great dentist and possibly one of the best I have used! I highly recommend her and Phoenix!

Fantastic Dentist. Place very clean, toilets probably nicest and cleanest I ever seen. The dentist is kind, caring, helps, and reasures with anxiety. Takes there time and good guildence in what to do. NHS would never be near a service like Phoenix Dental Care.

What can I say except Thankyou! I had terrible bottom teeth that needed a denture and Fehrad and Rahim went above and beyond to make sure I had teeth! Their professionalism and reassurance was amazing . Taken me years to get the courage to have this procedure and I am over the moon with the results. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Outstanding! From the moment you walk in it's a positive experience. Receptionists are very pleasant & helpful and it's an overall nice environment. Dentist (Bart) did a brilliant job doing my root canal and I can't recommend him and the dental practice more highly.

Had my appointment today, the hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was painless and I have very clean teeth. Booked up for another appointment in 6 months. I would recommend my hygienist as she is very good at her job and a very professional pleasant person.

I broke my tooth and the sharp edges were rubbing on my tongue. I was worried that I would not be able to get an appointment at short notice but was able to book for the next day. The dentist was able to sort out a new filling and file the rough edges so I no longer have any discomfort and will be able to enjoy Christmas. Good dentist. The dental hygienists have always been excellent, taking a lot of care and showing so much kindness. The whole centre has a much happier atmosphere since the last change in ownership.

Would just like to share my experience ,I had been suffering terrible tooth ache for two weeks and trying to get appointment including 911, Eventually I phoned Crewkerne dental,the receptionist was really helpful and polite and booked me in ,I went in the dentist made me completely relaxed and removed my tooth.I can honestly say I felt no pain at all I would recommend them to everyone very professional and caring , Thank you all.

I needed a fair bit of dental work done, I’ve not had the best experiences with dentists but I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at ease or looked after before…I felt no judgment, every procedure was explained to me thoroughly and because of the people here my quality of life has changed…I’m able to now eat pain free and smile for the first time without feeling embarrassed…this is a brilliant dental practice and have recommended it to everyone
