Visited this dentist a couple of times and I can hands down say it’s such a nicely run practice. Staff are super friendly, Nick and Chris (dentists) are both so informative and there level of care is unmatched. The dental nurse Alnisa is always so welcoming and puts you at ease would recommend this practice to everyone they’re all amazing 😊

Excellent service having trouble with a tooth appointment booked with receptionist listening to issue. Dentist Mr Miles sorted out discomfort and managed to reassure me if any future issues.

First time at this practice. Such friendly and professional service from the dentist Nakash and nurse Alnisa. They did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth and it was pain free compared to other dentists I have been to. Can't wait to visit again in 6 months. Excellent Service

Brilliant dental practise. I have never felt so at ease at the dentist before. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From my first phone call enquiry to the treatment I received the staff were excellent. Catherine the receptionist was ace. They went above and beyond what I imagined any dentist would do to help. Chris did an excellent job repairing my bridge. He was honest about possible outcomes whilst giving hope of trying other treatments should this one not work. Dental charges usually cause more pain than teeth but not here, the cost was far less than expected, there’s no making money out of people. Highly recommend this practise.

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Mr Chan is the kindest dentist I have ever met, as a nervous patient he has always been extremely reassuring, I totally trust him and his dentistry is outstanding. The hygienist is also the best that I have ever seen and I feel totally safe in her hands. I am a dental patient of Mr Chann and have been for a while now. I can honestly say if you are nervous about visiting the dentist then don't be. This dental practice is so friendly, you feel totally relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. The professionalism of all the staff is exceptional. The quality of the work I have received has been outstanding!! The cleanliness of the surgery is to an extremely high standard. I would not think twice about recommending this practice to anyone.

A great service. Needed a specialist opinion and possible surgery on a worrying gum recession and received terrific detailed, clinical advice from James Chesterman, as well as accommodating an appointment at fairly short notice. If ever I need dental treatment outside of my dentist’s scope, I’ll be straight back to these. Excellent dentists.

I was a very nervous dental patient, who often cancelled appointments, so I didn’t have to face the fear I felt when sitting in the dentist chair. But that all changed when I joined this practice. I explained my fears to Karen and Helen and they were willing to do anything to help. I now attend appointments every six months and actually look forward to going. My teeth and gums have never been better. I sat in the chair today and thought back to the days where my knuckles were white from gripping so hard to the chair. Now I sit relaxed and enjoy chatting to the lovely staff. If you have a fear of dentists, I can honestly say all the staff here are lovely and will put you at ease.

we had the best experience at Craven Dental Care today! Karen & Helen are both fantastic dental nurses and made my little boy feel so welcome and calm at his first ever dentist appointment! Karen managed to file down my sharp tooth I've been having trouble with for a long time, no other dentist has managed with my bad gag reflex🤣🙈 it feels so much better! my little boy came away from there surgery happy and excited to come back again one day! Helen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth they feel 100% times better and cleaner! the receptionist Leah was also so kind and lovely! the whole experience was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this dental surgery!😊 thank you so much!

I bought loupes from Q-Optics about 5 or 6 years ago and have greatly enjoyed using them over the years. However the screen coating had started to come off and they were looking a bit battered from daily use. I contacted Swallow about this and Rachel was immensely helpful in getting me a brand new replacement for my loupes. I was abroad at the time but Rachel ensured that the loupes (which had to be made in the USA) would be ready for me on my return to the UK. Rachel remained in contact with me over several months so even though it was Christmas time I was very impressed when she thought to reach out to me to remind me to send my old loupes back so that she could get my new loupes to me ASAP. The courier delivery service was very efficient and I had my new loupes the next day. There was a slight hiccup with attaching my loupes light and getting my loupes strap and storage box back (because I was sent just the new loupes without my original box and strap) but Rachel was able to help me very quickly. I now have a brand new pair of loupes which are the same magnification and colour/style as my old ones. I am very impressed and thankful for the wonderful after care and prompt, professional customer service!

Had an amazing experience so far with this company. I bought a pair of loupes from here and the customer care is beyond amazing! I needed a few tweaks to the measurements and they sorted it very quickly with efficient delivery. They keep you updated with the process and always on hand to help with queries. I have just had the best experience with the team at Nudental , in particular Laura who took care of my initial enquiry and scans for composite bonding and then Dr Attiya who is absolutely amazing 🤩 so talented I truly can’t thank her enough for giving me the smile and teeth I have always dreamed off . From my initial consultation to the finished results she listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and as a nervous patient with an horrendous gag reflex she patiently worked with me allowing me to have my work done with sedation to achieve the best results . The entire team at the clinic are so warm and attentive and it’s an extremely relaxed environment . Worth every penny which I might add was a fantastic deal with exceptional results . Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.

The knowledge that Jacqui has about facial muscles and skin is so reassuring. She’s calm and kind and an absolute professional. So pleased to have been recommended to her. Would definitely recommend for facials and Botox.

I initially came to Jacqui after lots of research on PDO threads and established she was the best aesthetician for me despite being an hour away. With Jacqui's guidance and recommendations, I opted for botox and fillers and wow, what a difference! So glad I placed my trust in her for these procedures! I had a hydra-facial followed by 20 mins under the led light and WOW! My skin has felt amazing ever since. I struggle with psoriasis and nothing seems to help but after my treatment it’s gone and stayed gone! I’ll definitely be keeping up to these and returning to the gorgeous new salon😍

Finally! A dental practice that delivers a patient-focused quality of service that I thought was wishful thinking—I cannot recommend them more highly! Belle Vue Dental Practice is easy to find, with convenient parking nearby. The reception team is welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. At my previous practice, the receptionists mostly kept to themselves, focused on phone calls or typing, but at Belle Vue, everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and takes the time to chat with patients. It makes a big difference to nervous and anxious patients like myself. Phil is my dentist, and he’s exceptional. He explains everything clearly, so I always understand what’s happening and why. He’s also careful and thorough, making sure procedures are as comfortable as possible. Even when I’ve needed more complicated work, it’s always been handled efficiently and without pain, which is as good as it gets.

I have always found the team at the surgery to be fantastic, the reception staff a polite friendly and helpful. The nursing staff a friendly and supportive. Conleth the Dentist I see has been great, i had to have some work done a few years ago and he guided me through the process with a sense of calm that put me at ease.

I have been scared of the dentists for as long as I can remember and so now I’ve braved it I’ve quite abit of work to be done! Jenna was so helpful trying to find the best and cheapest option for me to pay for my treatment did not come across judgmental and nothing seemed too much to ask. I have to say the two dentists I’ve seen too have been amazing and so patient and understanding. They took the time to really explain everything to us and for that I am super appreciative!
