Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

I want to publicly express our thanks to the fantastic team at Forest Veterinary Clinic on Carvers Industrial Estate. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Diesel after 15 wonderful years. 🌈 We have been seeing Roger Stobbs for all of Diesel’s life and it only seemed right that he was the one that helped us say goodbye. My 11 year old daughter wanted to be there too and the care, understanding, patienece and compassion shown by Roger and all of the team was incredible. Just over a week on we today received an unexpected card from the team and a paw print from Diesel. This simple touch means a huge amount and we were very touched. 🐾 Thank you, Forest Vets, for being so amazing 💙

Had to take one of my pets to the vets in an emergency last week. Having telephoned for advice I was asked to take him straight down to the clinic Roger and the orher vets are excellent and compassionate and caring together with all their support staff. I always feel very welcome and at ease whenever I visit and explain and advise in the best interests of my pets. I wouldn't take any of my animals anywhere else. As always an excellent service

I visited yesterday with Reggie my Cocker Spaniel because he has been head shaking and scratching for too long. We were seen by Jamie (I asked to see him when I made my appointment ) he explained exactly what he thought was bothering Reggie and put him on steroids which we hope will work and make Reggie more comfortable. Jamie takes time to talk with me and I am very impressed with the treatment.

Such a brilliant vets. I’ve moved here from another reputable vets in Basingstoke, and the service is like night and day! Absolutely everyone makes such a fuss, my new puppy loves going to the vets. They care, ask and give brilliant advice. Love them, highly recommend. I’m also on their monthly package which is great value for money!

I couldn’t be happier with the care I always receive, especially the love, attention to detail, dedication from Andy whether it’s Prince, Sox, or Bolt. I can’t forget the wonderful nurse Rebekah, who is always so attentive, reassuring, and kind. She relays everything again clearly, putting my mind at ease with her warmth and compassion. I have a bearded dragon that I rescued and Stan has been wonderful, explaining all the things I needed to know as she has MBD and a mouth rot. I have been three times to Magnolia House and each time, I have felt nothing but welcome and reassured by all staff. Stan was also very understanding of my financial situation and thought this through before telling me what needed to be done. I'm very happy with Magnolia House and would definitely recommend any body with Exotic pets to go here.

I was on holiday in the New Forest when my dog became very unwell. I was prepared to drive home which was 3 hours away to see his own vet but decided to go to Pilgrim vets which was near the campsite. I can honestly say that my experience was nothing less than amazing! Rachel was so kind and understanding especially as I was quite emotional. The vet was thorough and also very patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.

After spending a night at emergency vets, our very poorly little dog was discharged back to our regular vets, Pilgrims. This was a very challenging time for us as owners and Niall was very patient, empathetic and thorough. All the staff are very kind, dedicated and supportive. I would highly recommend this practice

On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!
