Amazing Vets practice. My dogs are totally looked after. Everyone is always so helpful & friendly thank you

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. That’s what you call an amazing service and I am eternally grateful. Thank you all so much. 💔💔😭😭 Gwen was PTS on Sunday 7th JANUARY 2024

On Christmas morning 2024, it was evident that our little boys time to leave us had come. This out of hours vets were invaluable on that day. Although I didn’t get there in time for them to help Huckleberry, they helped me more than they’ll know. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I absolutely recommend this vets.

Thank you so much to the entire team here especially the vet that removed an obstruction from my senior cats abdomen in the middle of the night. He has healed wonderfully and bravely and I am eternally grateful for your staff for saving his life because he is my best friend. Thank youuu.

Absolutely did not want to be there but the service we received was second to none. Kind, caring & considerate. The vet (sorry I cannot recall his name) who helped our Ronnie over the rainbow bridge was so quiet, calm & caring & gave us as much time as we needed. Ronnie's passing gave him the peace he deserved after fighting for so long & was very quiet & peaceful.

I cannot compliment Cedar Vets, their front reception and their amazing veterinarian, Jenny enough! One will go far and wide to find a friendlier, more professional Vets clinic, with prices that do not make your eyes water! I would gladly rate Cedar Vets 10/1] ☆

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

The reception staff and the vets are so lovely and incredible! Fit me in on the same day with my puppy when I had a concern and are always so welcoming. My puppy absolutely loves it there and all the attention he gets from the girls! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reasonably priced too compared to other vets 😁

CC Winchester acted with the upmost care & dedication which was major surgery for my dog. Very lucky to have them as a vet. Highly recommend them.

My mum has used this vets for 25 years and I have now taken over care of her cats and continue to come here as they offer a great service. Much nicer going to a small local independent vet rather than a big chain.

Came out to the practice on a Sunday after we messaged his personal mobile number late Saturday evening, and were promptly called back to discuss our very poorly cat Pink Nose! We recently lost our beloved golden retriever Monty after nearly 14 years. Throughout his whole life he received fantastic care from Karina and the team, he would always go into the surgery with his head up and tail wagging. I should have given an excellent review for Stable Close Vets years ago! They have given consistent outstanding care for two of our dogs. Colin saved our dog a couple of years ago and spotted that he had bloat/twisted bowel which is fatal if not treated immediately. More recently our dog had a cyst removed and the vets carried out a full check up on the dog at the same time. We have always found this family-run vet to be professional and friendly providing a very high standard of care and value for money.

Cannot thank or recommend this vets enough. They took care of our dog Tali immediately following a disaster and took her straight in for surgery. The team was professional, supportive, courteous and a massive help at what was the worse of times for us. (We were staying locally away from home following the sudden passing of my father) Thank you to the Stable Close team for saving our beloved Tali and returning her safely to us. The Moirs x

All of the team are super friendly and professional and both of our pets have been treated promptly with care and respect. I was not registered with Mildmay when my dog started having a heart attack aged 15years- my own vet in fairoak didn’t pick up their emergency number and then became engaged- I phoned Mildmay and they couldn’t have been more supportive- the nurse on the phone was so kind and reassuring and the care I received as they had to put him down was the best I have ever had- he is the 8th dog I have owned. Can’t praise this team enough and will register my next dog with them when I am ready to get one.

I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of Bella, our forever loved cat. Bless her, she was very sick. All of you we have met and talked to at Mildmay, were so friendly and kind, very professional and understanding. If we ever have a pet again, we will definitely choose you as our vet x

We’ve been working with Shelley to get our rescue dog in the door after bad associations built up at our last vet. Today, Trixie happily let Shelley cut her rear dew claws and I am over the moon with how far she’s come after around 5 visits. The confidence clinic is an amazing service that all vets should have and the response to our little bag of nerves is in stark contrast to other vets!

Update! Amazing team! Everyone has been so kind, caring & helpful! Thankyou So Much for all the expertise - advice - support - care We got to make extra 6 months of memories with our beloved Bennie! Bennie's 3 sons will also benefit from same level of care too! Good not only for regular checks but offers much needed specialist care! One of my Chihuahuas need to see a cardiologist & being disabled myself I needed to find one local to our home... luckily Mildmay had one available & kindly agreed to see him! I was a wreck & they were lovely - took care of everything! Got indepth information of what was going wrong & their plan to help sort my Chi out!

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

Very helpful and professional , lesser spotted woodpecker was injured in my garden. So we took it to the vets for help . They took the bird without hesitation and cared for it which me and my granddaughter were very grateful

We switched to Riverside Vets (an independent practice) several years ago and have been really pleased with the move. They have good pet plans for cats and dogs (no idea about other animals), staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, patient and sympathetic. We've never felt as though we're being steered towards any treatments or decisions based on cost, always seems to be what's best for the pets but taking our opinions and feelings into account. Even the most difficult decisions have been softened by the care and compassion that all the staff have shown. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team at Riverside always answer messages promptly on PetsApp with accurate and useful information, I always speak to the right people, whether that’s reception or clinical staff, and I can always get an appointment in an appropriate amount of time (whether that’s 20 mins or 2 weeks). Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Riverside to anyone, we are very lucky to have them in Bishopstoke.

We had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Heidi was the vet and she treated us and Ivy (dog) with so much compassion and love. Thank you. Also received a beautiful card and paw prints in the post this morning. So thoughtful and much appreciated.
