On Christmas morning 2024, it was evident that our little boys time to leave us had come. This out of hours vets were invaluable on that day. Although I didn’t get there in time for them to help Huckleberry, they helped me more than they’ll know. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I absolutely recommend this vets.

Thank you so much to the entire team here especially the vet that removed an obstruction from my senior cats abdomen in the middle of the night. He has healed wonderfully and bravely and I am eternally grateful for your staff for saving his life because he is my best friend. Thank youuu.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. We called MiNightVet because our cat was limping quite badly and we wanted him seen quickly fearing a broken bone or infection. The service was excellent, I had an appointment inside an hour, the vet was friendly and professional, the diagnosis and my options regarding treatment were explained in detail and other advice was really helpful. It is not a cheap option, no vetinary treatment is, but given this was a Saturday Evening and my cat was given medication both at the vets and to take away, I felt it was a very reasonable charge and certainly preferable to seeing my little buddy in pain for the rest of the weekend. Great service and 5 stars from me.

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

You are always made to feel welcome . David was very good checking our two Cock Spaniels for their yearly check and vaccinations. He was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful as well.

I have always received excellent service at Downland (and previously Lemon Grove) veterinary practice. The staff are always pleasant and professional. David, the vet, always treats our dog with care and explains all options available to us in great detail. I am grateful to attend such a supportive team with our much-loved pet!

I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. Thank you to everyone at Cedar.

I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

Stable Close have been the most amazing vets giving exceptional care of my horses over the years. From routine appointments to unexpected health concerns, their professionalism and dedication has been brilliant. All the vets are approachable, caring and happy to go the extra mile. Vicky in particular was so kind and understanding when making the incredibly difficult session to have my much loved pony put to sleep. Thank you to all of the vets for their ongoing care, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality care of their horses!

I have been with stable close for years with my horse storm that was put to sleep on the 2 January 2018 the vet's did so much for storm in he's 11 years of life thanks for all of that storm is really missed by us all xx

My wife and I have been with Stable Close for, probably, about 25 years. Our horses have been expertly cared for, we've had excellent and detailed advice when needed and appreciate the fact that the horses come first. Our only regret is the practice doesn't deal with small animals, because we would trust them with our cat more than anyone else. All who work here are superb and we wouldn't have stayed so long if that wasn't the truth. So, as clients who began with the practice when it was just two names, we're not going anywhere else - sorry all, you're stuck with us.

Great service, had a very poorly horse over Christmas and everyone at stable close were very friendly and always answered any questions with ease. Our horse is making a great recovery now through the treatment we were given for her. A massive thank you to the team.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.

My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

This is the most lovely, caring veterinary practice that I have ever been to. Laura and her wonderful team looked after my pug Reggie when he visited for a dental appointment this week. During every step of the day that Reggie spent with Laura I received photos and updates reassuring me that all was okay. The level of care and professionalism was second to none. The practice has a lovely calm vibe and is very unlike any other I have been to, both pets and owners are put at ease. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they couldn’t have done any better.

I love Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery (which feels much more spa than surgery) but more importantly, so does my 14 year old cat! The reception team are calm and welcoming both on the phone and in-person and the vets highly knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I've really appreciated the amount of time devoted to each consultation and the truly bespoke service offered. Such an improvement on previous clinical experiences we've had that made me dread taking her. Huge thanks.

I just want to say how incredible you all are there. The service you provide is honestly exceptional in every way from the way you respond to an initial enquiry, greet us when we arrive making us feel so welcome (even when we are a little tricky!) and Laura’s care and advice was second to none today. I have used Anton for a few years now and they have always been amazing. The rabbit care is exceptional, especially with complex issues and surgeries. The receptionists are so helpful and have never failed to find me a last minute appointment. So thank you all!

Sadly my African Grey who was 31 suddenly was very ill, so I took him to a local vet in Portsmouth. They rated this place and we drove all the way from Portsmouth. We came in at reception not having an appointment and they took him straight away to be looked at urgently. The vets who we spoked to and dealt with, were respectful, professional, polite and gave a clear and honest overview of his condition. Sadly it was a very sad day by saying good bye to my mate. But I know you guys tried your very best to save him and he was in safe hands for the last couple of hours of his life and I want to thank you for this.

It’s with a broken heart we lost our rabbit Hagrid last month at 2.5 years old. He had been a poorly rabbit since birth and Antons never failed to find us an emergency appointment and always gave fantastic care. Hagrid had two long admissions with his heat tilt and stasis with multiple surgeries including ear flushes and dentals. The team at Antons always kept us up to date on his progress and recommended the best course of action. There are no words I can find to thank the fabulous team at Antons enough in helping us keep our Hagrid for as long as possible. Thank you.

We take our chameleon here and the staff are amazing and caring. Super helpful and provide advice on how to best look after our little pet. If you have a reptile definitely check Anton vets out.
