In his final school year, our son had weekly online Biology A Level tuition with Andrew. He was initially on track for a C grade, but with Andrew’s outstanding support and tuition, he was thrilled to receive a B grade. We can’t thank Andrew enough and would highly recommend him. Our son even misses his weekly sessions!

I had Andrew as an A Level biology tutor for just over a year and he made a big difference for me. He was always positive during our sessions, where he helped me understand the content thoroughly. Andrew taught me how to apply the content through doing past paper questions together which boosted my confidence. He also helped with my revision by providing past paper timetables which I found very helpful and he would always answer any questions I had, through Skype chat. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is studying biology as he transformed my ability in A Level biology which has allowed me to confirm my place at Cardiff University to study Physiotherapy.

Andrew is a superb A Level biology tutor. He has an excellent knowledge of the Eduqas syllabus. My son always found his tutorials extremely helpful as Andrew was able to explain the tricky curriculum content in a way he was able to understood. He also valued his support with structuring his revision so that he was as prepared as he could be when the exams arrived. My son certainly made significant progress with his grades under Andrew's guidance and was successful in getting his place at his first choice university as a result. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to any Peter Symonds student looking for an A Level Biology tutor.

The best tutor! I couldn’t recommend Andrew enough as a tutor. He helped me get through my second year of A level Biology. Thanks to him I was able to get the grade I needed to study Biomedical science at University. I couldn’t have done it without him! He is so patient, supportive and has amazing techniques to help students remember the content. During the sessions it was a very safe space where I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted. After each session I felt more confident and sure in my knowledge. He also supplied countless past papers for me and a revision timetable closer to exams, which was so incredibly helpful. He is truly amazing at what he does and the perfect tutor!

Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

Both of my children are attending Maths and English classes. I am very happy with the Kip team. They tailor education plan based on individual needs, provide regular feedback about children's progress, and advice on how children can be supported at home. My children loved attending Kip classes, and their exam results were very good. I highly recommend Kip if you want to fill in education gaps, prepare for exams or give an extra boost. Adolf is truly an amazing maths tutor. His cool, calm and gentle manner has really helped my sons mathematical competence. He explains each topic clearly until it is fully understood and then retests them at a later date, making sure the information has definitely sunk in. This is backed up with homework and revision . We are very happy with the tutor service Adolf has provided to my son and daughter. My son is currently preparing to take GCSEs and since having Adolf he has improved by nearly 2 grades in his mock exams. This has motivated my son to want to improve further and achievea higher grade. We have noticed both our children feel more confident in their maths ability. I had a very positive experience at Winchester Kumon Centre, both as a Kumon student (throughout my primary and secondary school years) and later as an assistant working at the centre. The Kumon method helped me to develop specific maths and literacy skills, but also enabled me to develop independent study skills and a positive approach to learning. Working at the centre was also a valuable experience, and I enjoyed working as part of a friendly and competent team. I would definitely recommend the centre for students of any age or ability who want to pursue their personal learning goals.

Kumon has proved invaluable for both our children, especially during this pandemic. It ensured the kids kept learning everyday. Our youngest is in year 6 and thanks to his progress in both maths and English, goes into senior school with the confidence he needs, as he is currently 2 years above where he needs to be in the curriculum. Our eldest is in year 9 and in his words ' I would have fallen behind without the help of Kumon while we were learning from home'. As parents, you need to also put the effort in, but the rewards really do speak for themselves. Chen and the Kumon Team are always there for us and willing to help. It really is one of the best investments you can make for forwarding your children's education.

I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. Tash, at Teatime Tutors, was tutoring and following up our 10-yr daughter for the past couple of years and she was of absolute great help, showing learning techniques and resilience to our daughter. Not only our daughter progressed and learned new skills but also acquired methodology and aptitude to circumvent a problem and find the solution, which I am afraid she is not being taught at school. We're grateful to Tash and we will miss her a lot, and our daughter already misses her smile and positiveness no matter what. Tash at Teatime Tutors came highly recommended to me from a friend. She offered an online introductory session with my son and by the end of this he felt totally at ease with her kind, funny and encouraging manner. Over the one year that we have worked with Tash she has really helped my son grown in confidence, to find his voice and own his opinions. Tash has a great manner with children and so can help them realise their mistakes without feeling upset but to grow and improve. It has been a fantastic experience overall. As my son’s confidence improved so did the quality of his work. For me it helped me be reassured that my son would fulfil his potential and achieve his goals.
