My son has been going to Whiteley Explore Learning for more than 2 years now and I could not speak more highly of it. A combination of SEND needs, unsuccessful home schooling during the pandemic and a need for my son to have more 121 support meant that I looked for private tutoring and was recommended Explore. At first my son was reluctant to attend, but now it's his special place and he's very happy to go. The staff are wonderful, incredibly supportive and adapt to his needs. If I find out my son is struggling with a topic at school, I let the team at Explore know and we work as a team to help improve his understanding of the topic, so that he grows in confidence and ultimately ability to tackle the topic. I particularly like the parents meetings, where I get more insight on my son's progress and abilities than I get at school's parents evenings. They can pinpoint which month of which school year your child is working at, which is so much more useful to know. The team at Explore are incredible, so supportive of parents concerns and they get to know all the children really well and create a wonderful learning environment. If you're in any doubt, try it!

Aaron and team are brilliant! So very good at knowing what makes our kids tick and helping them. Also very accommodating with us. Both our kids have noticed the advantage being tutored by Explore is giving them - particularly our son who is now having the GCSE Maths tuition and really enjoying being able to answer the trickier questions in class because he's already covered it in Explore. Honestly, they're brilliant and we're hugely grateful.

Great team! Approachable, flexible, focused on attending to the children’s needs and supporting their learning journey.My son absolutely enjoys being in the center to prepare his maths GCSEs, credit to all the tutors! Congratulations for the culture created by the team, which encourages learning through the positive relationships empowered by the tutors! Great to see there is tuition available online, workshops are available to deliver tips for exams preparation and the team also facilitates regular progress meetings. I highly recommend the center and I am only saddened that I have not discovered it sooner!

I would like to extend a massive thank you to Aaron and his team for their support for my children. My girls had not completed the curriculum for Year 3 when they started Year 4, to my shock, when we joined Explore. Their progress had been badly hampered by Covid and schools closing for so many months. A year later one of my girls succeeded in achieving an Academic Scholarship and both girls have just been awarded places in two of the top independent schools in Hampshire. We could not have achieved this without the Explore team's support and hard work to get their learning back where they should be and to rediscover their confidence. I would highly recommend Explore which complements children's learning in school very well and allows focused support in areas of maths or English that they are finding tough, alongside their teaching in class.

The lessons were concise and efficient and really helped solidify key areas of OCR A-Level biology that were weak points in my knowledge. The tutoring sessions took me from a predicted D/E to a final B grade in my 2024 A - level results, helping me secure my firm place university choice.

I would highly recommend Tom for A-Level Biology tutoring. Each lesson was well-structured and the content covered in the hour was thorough and efficient. He made it very helpful to break down difficult concepts in an easy way to understand. He also allowed time for exam questions, which helped me a lot with my application to exam questions. I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. I highly recommend Nicola and her team they're amazing! Nicola has a unique and impressive teaching style. Nicola at Forest 1st Tutoring managed to work wonders in getting our daughter up to speed in time for the 11+ exam. We left it very late in the day to start preparing and Nicola agreed to tutor across the summer term and summer holidays - primarily using group work with additional one-on-one sessions on top. The transformation in our daughter’s confidence and attainment was amazing. The tutoring would have been worthwhile regardless of the outcome as not only has she achieved a solid pass in the 11+, she has also been really well set up to make a happy and confident start to year 6.

Our son was struggling with maths at school and it was just a few months before his GCSE's when we decided to send him to 'I love to learn' (as recommended by a friend) I had concerns that we'd left it too late, but thanks to Howard and his team, our son quickly gained confidence in areas of maths he'd previously given up on at school. The one to one sessions he received were extremely effective and he progressed well in a short space of time, and managed to pass his Maths GCSE! The team at 'I love to learn' are not only professional but approachable and friendly too. I feel they were particularly supportive and kind to our son and I would therefore highly recommend them.

Yasmine deserves a huge amount of recognition and thanks for the work she has done with our daughter in preparation for her maths GCSE. Despite my husband being a total maths buff and trying repeatedly to help with our daughter's understanding, it just wasn't working and we turned to A Helping Hand. After only the first session, it was like a mist had started to lift and this is all down to Yasmine's ability to engage her students and explain things in a way they can understand. Fantastic tutor. My daughter is quite shy and has always struggled with maths as she is dyslexic. Yasmine really managed to bond with her and my daughter always came out smiling after her session with Yaz. We have had Yasmine all the way through my daughters gcse yrs and it really made her more confident in maths and I think she enjoyed the subject much more with the extra help from Yasmine. I would highly recommend a helping hand tutoring! Having Yasmine as a tutor, she not only gave me the confidence to believe that I can push myself further to get the grades I want, but to aspire for even higher. Aldo (chemistry and physics) and Siddharth (maths) are unbelievable. I rang Aldo in the summer before our twins' GCSEs for tutoring with them. Aldo and Siddharth have been an incredibly positive force in our lives - the twins' scores have gone up, but moreover their confidence, their study patterns, their approach to learning has soared. We have a weekly schedule of learning that the twins follow and I can say that Aldo and Siddharth are absolutely the best decision we have made regarding tutoring. I am so pleased with the progress, the confidence, and I genuinely like the tutors approach to learning and their ability to read how the twins are doing, their moods, and what needs to be worked on. Best tutors ever, and I do mean that.

My daughter loves the online science classes with teacher Sri at Kip McGrath. She's become a lot more confident since starting, and she really enjoys the lessons. My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

Miss Sehar faryad is an absolutely amazing tutor who possesses vast knowledge on the subject she teaches. She is very friendly, approachable and patient with her students. She has the ability to keep the student engaged by asking questions to check their understanding and always gives praise and encouragement as well. She is highly organised and plans her lessons well and has great communication skills not only with the students but the parent(s) as well. She is an asset to any tuition centre and student she teaches.

I recommend tuitions to everyone. My child enjoyed the lessons and made enormous progress at the same time. I don't think you can find better tuitions nearby as it took me a while to compare a lot of offers and no other was as professional and a bargain in one. Many thanks to Miss Sehar faryad. Sehar faryad is an amazing tutor I cannot recommend her enough. We started our sessions at the beginning of lockdown and my daughter is more confident than ever going back to school and preparing for the A+ test. She looks forward to her weekly classes and comes out proud going over her progress chart with sehar.
