Miss Sehar faryad is an absolutely amazing tutor who possesses vast knowledge on the subject she teaches. She is very friendly, approachable and patient with her students. She has the ability to keep the student engaged by asking questions to check their understanding and always gives praise and encouragement as well. She is highly organised and plans her lessons well and has great communication skills not only with the students but the parent(s) as well. She is an asset to any tuition centre and student she teaches.

Sehar faryad is an amazing tutor I cannot recommend her enough. We started our sessions at the beginning of lockdown and my daughter is more confident than ever going back to school and preparing for the A+ test. She looks forward to her weekly classes and comes out proud going over her progress chart with sehar. She adapts to my daughter and makes the class fun and relaxed helping her retain the lessons with ease. I had Mahr as my Biology tutor, I only started lessons with him around 6 weeks before my exam & was quite nervous about how it’d be. However, Mahr constantly reassured me & even gave me extra lessons as well as extending our lessons to ensure that I always felt confident at the end of our tutor session. I passed my exam with the help of Mahr - I highly recommend him.

Both of my children are attending Maths and English classes. I am very happy with the Kip team. They tailor education plan based on individual needs, provide regular feedback about children's progress, and advice on how children can be supported at home. My children loved attending Kip classes, and their exam results were very good. I highly recommend Kip if you want to fill in education gaps, prepare for exams or give an extra boost. My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

Can’t thank Sumit and Aarzoo enough for the help and support they gave my son in preparation for his GCSEs last year, which undoubtedly helped him achieve a whole two grades above his expected grade in his final exams for Maths. Aarzoo, is an great tutor and has been able to compact down GCSE maths (resist) topics too make them more understandable which has helped in my maths revision . Can’t recommend Melanie enough! As a graduate just leaving university she helped me fantastically. In our 1-1 sessions she asked questions to evaluate what I truly wanted to aim for in a career. Combined with her research between sessions we found a selection of companies which aligned with my interests and we approached directly. It’s much appreciated guidance since graduate hire is daunting! Melanie provides great confidence that your CV and cover letter are up to scratch, this is so reassuring when sending them to companies. This company was recommended to me by several friends and I highly recommend them too. I have been using Acorn Tutors for over a year to support my children (12 and 10) with Maths and Literacy. The quality of the teaching is excellent, with innovative methods and clever use of technology to engage and enable children. The rapport that the tutor has built with my two (who are very different learners) is based on empathic understanding of children, and obviously a sound knowledge of psychology! I like that the tutor also took the time to email the children's teachers to liaise with them. Tom from Acorn Tutors has made learning fun for our son. We used Acorn Tutors upon numerous recommendations during the unfortunate COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. Once it was clear that the Year 6 SATS were not going ahead we utilised Tom's experience and professionalism for twice weekly Zoom lessons for our son in preparation for starting Year 7 at a new much larger secondary school. Tom's professionalism and 'buddy' approach chats really helped him, and ourselves, through a difficult and frustrating time. Whenever they finished their lessons our son was full of confidence and spoke very highly of his methods. I've had sax lessons from Rob for over 2 years now and he's by far the best teacher I've had. He's patient, technically skilled, widely experienced and encourages me to improve while understanding that I play for fun not exams. Thanks to him my playing is more confident than before, he's introduced me to other styles, a bit of theory, and to solos and improvisation which I wouldn't have thought possible when I started.

Rob really helped me to build my confidence with my guitar playing. I had dabbled with it over many years but not really making much progress. He gave me the tools to progress and encouraged me to play more often. He was very calm in the lessons and explained how to work through each song or exercise clearly and concisely. I now feel confident to learn songs on my own and also have a jam with my friends.

I’ve been having Rob for guitar since I was in year 5 and am now studying for GCSEs. Over those years he’s been a great teacher and goes at a great pace. He always knows how to improve on a piece or technique in a specific and clear way. Not only has his teaching improved my skill on guitar but also aided the fundamental theory and composition for my GCSE music exam and course work. If you are looking for someone to teach guitar I’d say Rob is the best.

An absolutely brilliant guitar teacher. So patient, fun, and has really targeted places where I needed to improve. Rob creates a balance between challenging me with the theoretical side of chords, scales and soloing, but also is more than willing to teach me a song of my choice. I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. Tash at Teatime Tutors came highly recommended to me from a friend. She offered an online introductory session with my son and by the end of this he felt totally at ease with her kind, funny and encouraging manner. Over the one year that we have worked with Tash she has really helped my son grown in confidence, to find his voice and own his opinions. Tash has a great manner with children and so can help them realise their mistakes without feeling upset but to grow and improve. It has been a fantastic experience overall. As my son’s confidence improved so did the quality of his work. For me it helped me be reassured that my son would fulfil his potential and achieve his goals. Without Tash I think the whole 11 plus would have been a nightmare. Instead my son looked forward to his weekly catch up and sessions. Tash, at Teatime Tutors, was tutoring and following up our 10-yr daughter for the past couple of years and she was of absolute great help, showing learning techniques and resilience to our daughter. Not only our daughter progressed and learned new skills but also acquired methodology and aptitude to circumvent a problem and find the solution, which I am afraid she is not being taught at school. Tash is an incredibly caring, kind and special tutor.
