My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. She has helped enormously with his confidence and concentration, and his reading, particularly comprehension, is greatly improved. Kirsty makes learning fun with lots of educational games. He receives good reports from his school and I am sure this is partly due to 'Teatime Tutoring'. Her feedback is very helpful and she always mentions his next steps.

Kirsty is very experienced in tutoring primary school kids. She is familiar with the capabilities required by each age/year group, so that she could identify my son’s strengths and areas for improvement accurately. Then a tailor made tutoring plan is worked out. I can see the growing interests and confidence in my son. Kirsty is highly recommended!

Many thanks to Nikki for all her fantastic help for my son Dominic and more recently my daughter Gabrielle. Nikki more than anything gave them both the confidence and belief that they could achieve their English GCSE and they did! As they both are slightly dyslexic English was a challenge but with Nikki's extensive knowledge, clear explanation, friendly calm manner and an ability to bring out what we knew was there we can't thank Nikki enough, so pleased we found her! A huge thank you to Nikki for helping our son achieve success in passing his 11+ exam this January. She spent time really getting to understand where his individual weaknesses were and giving him personally-tailored strategies to overcome them. This enabled him to tackle comprehension and writing exercises which he would struggle with even starting before. Her knowledge in verbal and non-verbal question types and the best strategies to adopt in answering these were also invaluable. Our son's confidence in approaching his schoolwork has also shown a marked improvement. Can't thank or recommend Nikki highly enough!

My second daughter is currently at Teach It Right and I didn't hesitate to send her after my first daughter went several years ago. I think Teach It Right pitches their teaching just right, they try to make it fun and engaging for pupils. They are also very supportive to parents and are always on hand to help answer any questions. They have everything covered from monthly updates to pupil reviews and end of topic tests to name but a few!

My younger sister Anaya achieved high scores for Bucks, Slough Consortium and Reading kendrick exams this month through TIR year 5 tuition. She was always happy to accomplish the homework and told me how much she adored her teacher Paula from Maidenhead centre. In her own words- the learning journey was quite enjoyable. My daughter started the 11 plus course in year 4. It is the best choice I ever made. I was worried about doing a class lesson rather than 1 to 1 tutoring but the class sizes are small and they learn so much from each other. The staff are SO helpful and I have emailed Chris numerous times regarding explanations to questions and he always replies so promptly. All the parent workshops have been great too to help us learn how to support our children with their learning. The support is fantastic and Louise and Chris genuinely care about each and every child's success. Thank you so much

Kenza is good at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of her pupils and tailoring her teaching to help them improve. During the last four years when I have been studying French with her help, my confidence has improved enormously and I know it would have been a slower process without her help. Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

Our Son originally started a year ago (yr 3) to assist with his handwriting but he also has an appetite for learning, especially maths. He went from 'needing improvement' with his handwriting to becoming first in his class to receive a pen licence :-). He still attends weekly as he enjoys coming here and its a great way to stay on top of his learning getting that one on one time that schools just simply cannot provide. I highly recommend I Love to Learn, they work well with the children and keep you constantly updated with their progress which was just what I was looking for.

I highly recommend Love to Learn. Two of my children are receiving maths tuition once a week and have just completed the first term. The goal was for our children to start senior school with as much confidence as possible with their maths skills so they never felt behind others making this transition in their schooling. Howard carried out a rigorous initial assessment to ascertain their starting points, from which the excellent tutor (Grazia) planned a programme to support them specifically at their level. I'm very pleased that after their first session both our children said it was very worthwhile and enjoyable - I didn't anticipate this so was thrilled it was the case. Our children quickly developed their skills and confidence and as a result, achieved very well in their two first term assessments. This was a good confidence boost and has placed them in a good maths set. The tutoring is helpful, supportive, but also challenging which is essential for the children to achieve rapid progress. Love to Learn comes highly recommended.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a free assessment following her end of year school report. My husband and I were very pleased that we were given honest feedback by Howard, who was thorough and professional. We were dubious as to whether or not our daughter’s abilities might be played down to encourage us to pay for future sessions, but I am delighted that this was not the case at all. We really appreciated this honesty, and I would absolutely recommend the free assessment to get objective feedback on how your child is performing academically. Fantastic tutor. My daughter is quite shy and has always struggled with maths as she is dyslexic. Yasmine really managed to bond with her and my daughter always came out smiling after her session with Yaz. We have had Yasmine all the way through my daughters gcse yrs and it really made her more confident in maths and I think she enjoyed the subject much more with the extra help from Yasmine. Yasmine deserves a huge amount of recognition and thanks for the work she has done with our daughter in preparation for her maths GCSE. Despite my husband being a total maths buff and trying repeatedly to help with our daughter's understanding, it just wasn't working and we turned to A Helping Hand. After only the first session, it was like a mist had started to lift and this is all down to Yasmine's ability to engage her students and explain things in a way they can understand. I would highly recommend a helping hand tutoring! Having Yasmine as a tutor, she not only gave me the confidence to believe that I can push myself further to get the grades I want, but to aspire for even higher. We are very happy with the tutor service Adolf has provided to my son and daughter. My son is currently preparing to take GCSEs and since having Adolf he has improved by nearly 2 grades in his mock exams. This has motivated my son to want to improve further and achievea higher grade. We have noticed both our children feel more confident in their maths ability.
