Our son was struggling with maths at school and it was just a few months before his GCSE's when we decided to send him to 'I love to learn' (as recommended by a friend) I had concerns that we'd left it too late, but thanks to Howard and his team, our son quickly gained confidence in areas of maths he'd previously given up on at school. The one to one sessions he received were extremely effective and he progressed well in a short space of time, and managed to pass his Maths GCSE! The team at 'I love to learn' are not only professional but approachable and friendly too. I feel they were particularly supportive and kind to our son and I would therefore highly recommend them.

My son due to been bilingual as English is not his first Language ,and being out of school at reception and half year 1 due to pandemic, and being identified with language disorder and luck of communication,starting at I love to Learn ,was one of the best decisions I have made for him( delayed though) as Since he started ,he liked been there and he had a very big progress during a short period of time. I will definitely continue having him this 'help' and I totally recommend them.

My daughter has been attending First Class Learning Eastleigh for over 15 months now and her improvements are incredible! She lost so much confidence during lockdown but now has caught up and is excelling at both maths and English. Both she and I feel much more confident as she approaches Year 6 SATs and secondary school challenges next September. My son has been attending the GCSE maths drop in sessions since the beginning of year 11. I only wish he had started in year 10! We added an extra 1 to 1 session in the run up to the GCSEs for an extra boost. Issac and Sean are fantastic teachers. My son has improved so much. Both Issac and Sean explain things in a way that he understands and at his pace. 100% recommend.

My son has had a well-structured home learning experience thanks to Allison and her colleagues. They provided a tailored education and kept my son interested in his studies. Aldo (chemistry and physics) and Siddharth (maths) are unbelievable. I rang Aldo in the summer before our twins' GCSEs for tutoring with them. Aldo and Siddharth have been an incredibly positive force in our lives - the twins' scores have gone up, but moreover their confidence, their study patterns, their approach to learning has soared. We have a weekly schedule of learning that the twins follow and I can say that Aldo and Siddharth are absolutely the best decision we have made regarding tutoring. I am so pleased with the progress, the confidence, and I genuinely like the tutors approach to learning and their ability to read how the twins are doing, their moods, and what needs to be worked on. Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. Nicola at Forest 1st Tutoring managed to work wonders in getting our daughter up to speed in time for the 11+ exam. We left it very late in the day to start preparing and Nicola agreed to tutor across the summer term and summer holidays - primarily using group work with additional one-on-one sessions on top. The transformation in our daughter’s confidence and attainment was amazing. The tutoring would have been worthwhile regardless of the outcome as not only has she achieved a solid pass in the 11+, she has also been really well set up to make a happy and confident start to year 6.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a free assessment following her end of year school report. My husband and I were very pleased that we were given honest feedback by Howard, who was thorough and professional. We were dubious as to whether or not our daughter’s abilities might be played down to encourage us to pay for future sessions, but I am delighted that this was not the case at all. We really appreciated this honesty, and I would absolutely recommend the free assessment to get objective feedback on how your child is performing academically. I highly recommend Love to Learn. Two of my children are receiving maths tuition once a week and have just completed the first term. The goal was for our children to start senior school with as much confidence as possible with their maths skills so they never felt behind others making this transition in their schooling. Howard carried out a rigorous initial assessment to ascertain their starting points, from which the excellent tutor (Grazia) planned a programme to support them specifically at their level. I'm very pleased that after their first session both our children said it was very worthwhile and enjoyable - I didn't anticipate this so was thrilled it was the case. Our children quickly developed their skills and confidence and as a result, achieved very well in their two first term assessments. This was a good confidence boost and has placed them in a good maths set. The tutoring is helpful, supportive, but also challenging which is essential for the children to achieve rapid progress. Love to Learn comes highly recommended.
