Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. I would recommend KB plumbing for any type electrical boiler work and I am confident they would do a good job for any type of boiler installation or plumbing work. Thank You KB Plumbing.

Very fast reliable company, phoned up on the Tuesday as we had no heating, came out the same day and found the issue. Gave me a price to repair but we decided to replace as our boiler was very old and they managed to have it fully fitted the next day. Phone call to completion in less than 24 hours! 2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing.
