I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Dan and Ben, two young men from Cinergi, have been working at our home today. They have been wonderfully professional and efficient. They have installed our two new batteries and the inverter so that we can run our air source heat pump at a much cheaper and greener tariff. I am especially grateful to Dan who set me up with the app and explained all the IT aspects to me. The system is already working and our battery is being charged at the cheap rate. These two young men are a huge credit to your company.

We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted. The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Thanks to Dan, Ian and all the team for their hard work.

WOW, what a company! As far as exceptional customer service, Cinergi absolutely wipe the floor with other businesses and trades we have engaged with over the years. They manage to deliver big company service and performance, with the interaction and expertise of a family run unit - what more could you want when you're making changes to your home. We engaged Cinergi to fit an air source heat pump (10kw Valiant), a hot water tank, and radiators throughout, which included towel radiators as well - as there were none in the property when we purchased. There was no mains gas piped to the house, which was a key indicator for us making the move to ASHP, and we were thankfully eligible for the UK Government grant - which Cinergi were able to assist us with. From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support. Not forgetting all of the hard work Steph and Kate did in this, being flexible and accommodating for our circumstances (delayed completion of our property). The star of the experience has to be called out though, Lewis (the main engineer on site) worked professionally and courteously with all of the other trades (electricians, roofers, etc.) day in and day out. He provided a clean safe environment every day, being conscious of those around him, helping trades out to be as efficient as they could be too. The level of craftsmanship in his work is an art form (see the photograph of the water tank). He had help on some days, Tommy and Adam, Lewis L and another person (name escapes me right now), but Lewis managed all of that, and helped to keep me sane through the renovation work - a true testament to professional tradesman who truly care for the work they do, and a massive asset to Cinergi...all of the team are. You'll note I can name everyone in the process; big company, family feel! It never felt too much, we never felt overwhelmed. If you need heating, hot water or any other work in their portfolio (Solar, Batteries, EV chargers, etc.), don't look anywhere else - you will not be disappointed with the products or services Cinergi offer. 100% we would recommend.

Cinergi are outstanding solar, battery, heat pump and EV charge system designers and installers. Our site was exceptionally challenging in terms of planning constraints, extreme coastal exposure to salty, storm force wind and a complicated and technically demanding roof structure. The system we went with is top end at a brilliant price and is properly installed down to every last detail. We are absolutely delighted. Renewable energy is a no-brainer with great payback, added house value, and is a pleasure to own, as well as the vital carbon thing. Jack, the lead installer's determination and success in getting everything spot on was wonderful. The young apprentices who rotated through the site during the work as part of their training - we'd name you all if we could - were clearly thriving. Shannon, James, thank you for the tireless reworking of our design to get it perfect even as the target you were aiming at shifted about. The Loveridge family are running a jewel of a company doing great things outstandingly well. Their knowledge of heating and electrical systems is deep indeed. If you need a renewables company in the south of England who can cut the mustard on anything from complex domestic systems to commercial scale projects this is who you need to get on site for a chat. Thank you so much to Platinum Plumbing for helping us out on more than one occasion now. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. My family have used them for years so they are well trusted and we won’t use any other company now.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

Lee did a fantastic job removing the bath and all the tiles, which had been there for years and fitted a lovely walk-in shower with new panelling, grab rails, a fitted seat and a non slip tray in my fathers home. He was kept us updated with everything he was doing. Initially he was quick to respond to my call and visit to do a quote. Lee is very professional and takes pride in the job. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again for any other job.

Lee has done an excellent job in installing a Mira Thermostatic Bath Shower mixer. He researched the product carefully according to my needs. He disconnected an old unsuccessful unit, re-tiled as necessary, removed all rubbish and cleaned up well. He priced the job fairly and I can happily recommend him.

Lee replaced a vented hot water cylinder with an unvented cylinder to improve the hot water pressure throughout our new home. He also connected all the cold water feeds to mains pressure. He is a highly experienced and professional plumber, who knows the business inside and out.
