I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

I have just had an unvented cylinder system installed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the house was kept clean throughout the time they were here. Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Angel's Plumbing Ltd replaced our leaking bath taps, hoses and valves. His work was quick, efficient and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way, so I could see exactly what he was doing. He also took great care to ensure no leaks remained. He even helped me finish off some plumbing work that I was doing at the same time. The communications from his partner before and after were excellent! She was the first to respond to my Check-a-Trade job request. The labour estimate was accurate and the quote was the lowest of all four responding companies. I would not hesitate to use Angel again and would highly recommend him to others.

Angel responded to a check a trade request. His partner got in contact and explained everything and made sure it was a time that suited us. Angel fitted new pipe work, water and waste pipe for a washing machine. Angel was very friendly and explained what he was doing and the options I had. Angel is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He will see you as soon as he is able, and is very positive in finding out what the problem is and how best to fix it. Our initial contact with Joe at the Cinergi office gave us confidence to research the solar panel and battery market and gather information on products. We were impressed by the fact that Cinergi does not push any particular brands and was very receptive to our mix-and-match approach. We gathered quotes from several local companies but it became clear that Cinergi's approachability and quick response to questions meant that they were the right company to carry out our project. When it came to the installation Jack was very communicative, professional and considerate in his way of working. We had a couple of minor glitches owing to one missing part and one overlooked element of the job. However, in each case communication was good and the response was fast. We are delighted with the final product and not only would recommend Cinergi but already have, to neighbours and family.

WOW, what a company! As far as exceptional customer service, Cinergi absolutely wipe the floor with other businesses and trades we have engaged with over the years. They manage to deliver big company service and performance, with the interaction and expertise of a family run unit - what more could you want when you're making changes to your home. We engaged Cinergi to fit an air source heat pump (10kw Valiant), a hot water tank, and radiators throughout, which included towel radiators as well - as there were none in the property when we purchased. There was no mains gas piped to the house, which was a key indicator for us making the move to ASHP, and we were thankfully eligible for the UK Government grant - which Cinergi were able to assist us with. From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support. Not forgetting all of the hard work Steph and Kate did in this, being flexible and accommodating for our circumstances (delayed completion of our property). The star of the experience has to be called out though, Lewis (the main engineer on site) worked professionally and courteously with all of the other trades (electricians, roofers, etc.) day in and day out. He provided a clean safe environment every day, being conscious of those around him, helping trades out to be as efficient as they could be too. The level of craftsmanship in his work is an art form (see the photograph of the water tank). He had help on some days, Tommy and Adam, Lewis L and another person (name escapes me right now), but Lewis managed all of that, and helped to keep me sane through the renovation work - a true testament to professional tradesman who truly care for the work they do, and a massive asset to Cinergi...all of the team are. You'll note I can name everyone in the process; big company, family feel! It never felt too much, we never felt overwhelmed. If you need heating, hot water or any other work in their portfolio (Solar, Batteries, EV chargers, etc.), don't look anywhere else - you will not be disappointed with the products or services Cinergi offer. 100% we would recommend.

We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted. The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Thanks to Dan, Ian and all the team for their hard work.

Cinergi are outstanding solar, battery, heat pump and EV charge system designers and installers. Our site was exceptionally challenging in terms of planning constraints, extreme coastal exposure to salty, storm force wind and a complicated and technically demanding roof structure. The system we went with is top end at a brilliant price and is properly installed down to every last detail. We are absolutely delighted. Renewable energy is a no-brainer with great payback, added house value, and is a pleasure to own, as well as the vital carbon thing. Jack, the lead installer's determination and success in getting everything spot on was wonderful. The young apprentices who rotated through the site during the work as part of their training - we'd name you all if we could - were clearly thriving. Shannon, James, thank you for the tireless reworking of our design to get it perfect even as the target you were aiming at shifted about. The Loveridge family are running a jewel of a company doing great things outstandingly well. Their knowledge of heating and electrical systems is deep indeed. If you need a renewables company in the south of England who can cut the mustard on anything from complex domestic systems to commercial scale projects this is who you need to get on site for a chat. I work in the construction sector and know quality and outstanding professionalism when I see it. Cinergi - well done and a huge thank you.

There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. As a DIYer (the good type!), I went in to try and get some replacement parts for a nasty bodge job a previous owner did, after recently moving into a new house and the chap behind the counter was more than happy to discuss the issue and come up with the best solution. Their range isn’t the greatest I’ll admit but they’re by no means unhelpful and their slightly higher prices than Screwfix/Toolstation are justified for the knowledgable service.
