Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

James completed our bathroom this week and he has done an outstanding job. His levels of professionalism and workmanship are exceptional. James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. We will be booking him to come back and do the bathroom as soon as possible!

WOW, what a company! As far as exceptional customer service, Cinergi absolutely wipe the floor with other businesses and trades we have engaged with over the years. They manage to deliver big company service and performance, with the interaction and expertise of a family run unit - what more could you want when you're making changes to your home. We engaged Cinergi to fit an air source heat pump (10kw Valiant), a hot water tank, and radiators throughout, which included towel radiators as well - as there were none in the property when we purchased. There was no mains gas piped to the house, which was a key indicator for us making the move to ASHP, and we were thankfully eligible for the UK Government grant - which Cinergi were able to assist us with. From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support. Not forgetting all of the hard work Steph and Kate did in this, being flexible and accommodating for our circumstances (delayed completion of our property). The star of the experience has to be called out though, Lewis (the main engineer on site) worked professionally and courteously with all of the other trades (electricians, roofers, etc.) day in and day out. He provided a clean safe environment every day, being conscious of those around him, helping trades out to be as efficient as they could be too. The level of craftsmanship in his work is an art form (see the photograph of the water tank). He had help on some days, Tommy and Adam, Lewis L and another person (name escapes me right now), but Lewis managed all of that, and helped to keep me sane through the renovation work - a true testament to professional tradesman who truly care for the work they do, and a massive asset to Cinergi...all of the team are. You'll note I can name everyone in the process; big company, family feel! It never felt too much, we never felt overwhelmed. If you need heating, hot water or any other work in their portfolio (Solar, Batteries, EV chargers, etc.), don't look anywhere else - you will not be disappointed with the products or services Cinergi offer. 100% we would recommend.

We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted. The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Thanks to Dan, Ian and all the team for their hard work.

Our initial contact with Joe at the Cinergi office gave us confidence to research the solar panel and battery market and gather information on products. We were impressed by the fact that Cinergi does not push any particular brands and was very receptive to our mix-and-match approach. We gathered quotes from several local companies but it became clear that Cinergi's approachability and quick response to questions meant that they were the right company to carry out our project. When it came to the installation Jack was very communicative, professional and considerate in his way of working. We had a couple of minor glitches owing to one missing part and one overlooked element of the job. However, in each case communication was good and the response was fast. We are delighted with the final product and not only would recommend Cinergi but already have, to neighbours and family.

Our site was exceptionally challenging in terms of planning constraints, extreme coastal exposure to salty, storm force wind and a complicated and technically demanding roof structure. The system we went with is top end at a brilliant price and is properly installed down to every last detail. We are absolutely delighted. Renewable energy is a no-brainer with great payback, added house value, and is a pleasure to own, as well as the vital carbon thing. Jack, the lead installer's determination and success in getting everything spot on was wonderful. The young apprentices who rotated through the site during the work as part of their training - we'd name you all if we could - were clearly thriving. Shannon, James, thank you for the tireless reworking of our design to get it perfect even as the target you were aiming at shifted about. The Loveridge family are running a jewel of a company doing great things outstandingly well. Their knowledge of heating and electrical systems is deep indeed. If you need a renewables company in the south of England who can cut the mustard on anything from complex domestic systems to commercial scale projects this is who you need to get on site for a chat. HeatWave fitted underfloor heating in an old house. Jack, Bruce and Callum were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout. They did a neat and professional job and always tidied up as they worked. The result is even better than expected. I had a problem with my toilet in that the flush button on my cistern was no longer working and therefore the water continued to flow and I had no way of stopping it. The Sani Solutions service engineer quickly identified the problem and fitted a new flush valve and the job was completed in no time at all. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Recently attended to replace 3 TRVs and look at a faulty toilet. The plumbers were all great and very nice. Arrived on time. Showed great flexibility working around 2 kids and a dog. Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.

They have sorted out my ancient boiler, so happy with the new one they recommended. Its much more economical in oil and much quieter. Fantastic company, friendly, professional staff, with only praise from everyone that uses them. Highly recommended.

The building team and the plumbing team undertook a complicated extension project involving the construction of one building and the complete repurposing and plumbing in of another. Multiple 'TS' engineers and craftsmen were in constant attendance and every single person was dependable, highly skilled, knowledgable and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and are full of admiration for the company as a whole. Another thing which made a difference was that every person in every department, both in the office and in the field, was always a pleasure to deal with: Warm , cheerful, committed and optimistic. I was never in doubt that they genuinely cared. We love the new building and we'll always have fond memories of its construction.

I experienced a plumbing problem the day before going away for the Christmas holiday. Kevin came out to assess the problem, and within two hours of my call, the fault was fixed.

Had to have a new temperature controller fitted as my Digistat developed a code fault. Kevin got a new controller but there was a communication fault on setup. Kevin really stuck with this problem and after alot hard work rectified the fault. This man is brilliant and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.
