Phil is very friendly and arrived on time. He quickly got to the bottom of the problem with the heating and fixed it the same day. Very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Very happy to recommend.

Needed a unvented hot water cylinder replacing along with some ugly plumbing left by a previous plumber, called Adam at Ecoace who was more than happy to help, extremely knowledgeable and professional, very reasonably priced. Heating works 10x better than before and my boiler temperature is only turned up halfway (instead of flat out ) plumbing looks 100% better and I’m sure my bills will come down as I don’t have to run everything flat out, would definitely recommend, thanks Adam from a warm happy household

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Fabulous, friendly & professional service as always from booking the service to the engineer carrying out the work. They started off doing the service on my boiler and then reinstalled a new one 4 yrs ago. They are very reasonably priced on all their work. We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.
