We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. I would recommend KB plumbing for any type electrical boiler work and I am confident they would do a good job for any type of boiler installation or plumbing work. Thank You KB Plumbing.

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. I first met Ben of Pamber Plumbers in 2008 when I moved into the area. SInce then he has done a variety of small and big jobs for me, including installing a new boiler and fixing a leak. All work done to the highest professional standards at a reasonable price, with really good administrative back up from Niki. Particularly like being able to drop off my spare key so that Ben can let himself in while I'm at work, able to trust his integrity 100%. Highly recommended.

A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out. Excellent service. We had an urgent need to get a boiler fixed. We call Ecoace, Adam came round really quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. As soon as the part was in he called and fitted the same day. He is really knowledgable and friendly. We are going to replace our boiler next year and we will be getting Adam to do it. For a year with no heating, 4 different engineers repeatedly failed to fix our boiler. Adam came in, straight away he correctly diagnosed the issue and had it up and running in no time. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to have in the house. We are very happy to recommend him.

Adam has done a number of small but important jobs for us. These have included a gas boiler service where he gave clear explanations and carried out additional tests of the heating system that identified a failed expansion tank. When the central heating pump failed in cold weather, Adam came immediately and replaced the old pump quickly with one he had in his van. Excellent work; recommended.

Needed a unvented hot water cylinder replacing along with some ugly plumbing left by a previous plumber, called Adam at Ecoace who was more than happy to help, extremely knowledgeable and professional, very reasonably priced. Heating works 10x better than before and my boiler temperature is only turned up halfway (instead of flat out ) plumbing looks 100% better and I’m sure my bills will come down as I don’t have to run everything flat out, would definitely recommend, thanks Adam from a warm happy household

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.
