What a lovely cafe, so very well run, all staff very efficient, tables all cleared and cleaned as soon a people have left. Food very nice, lovely atmosphere. We hope they do well. Nice to see them so busy.

First time here & I am already asking myself why have I never been sooner? The food & the service was all spot on, ever so friendly lovely people who went out their way to making you feel welcome. I know now that I need to revisit & support our local business in Basingstoke.

We visited the Dome cafe today for Friday Breakfast. We have a break from the site and often try different cafes near to our workplace. The food was good as was the service and the staff were all amazing polite and friendly. The cafe itself was pleasant and immaculately clean. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Went to the Zoom café today for a breakfast with friends and family. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were friendly and professional and the manager on duty was excellent taking my order as I wanted to make a few changes to my breakfast. The food was really good quality made with really good ingredients and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend The dome café to anyone and everyone who was looking for somewhere to dine out for a cheap and cheerful meal. The dome café also supports an excellent cause and as an excellent example of a business that also helps its community.

Passed through here and Charlie’s cafe never let me down , nice breakfast, nice cuppa . Only complaint that there was not enough Bubble. And too be fair it was good Bubble aswell.

I stumbled across this cafe whilst in the area and really glad I did. This is possibly the best breakfast I've had, certainly in the Basingstoke area. Next time I'm in this part of the world again I will be popping in for another visit.

Great cafe, can't beat the price; was making deliveries on the estate when I drove past his gem and decided to stop for a breakfast; got the big one which included everything and 50p extra for a latte which is fair. food was properly cooked and pretty good quality it's just the sausages seem to fall apart.

We'd not visited before but received such a warm and friendly welcome by the owner. She highlighted a few items on the menu we might like. We enjoyed our lunch of a blt and avocado and eggs on toast. Will definitely be back!

Gourmet Queens provided the buffet for 50 guests at our Diamond Wedding Anniversary party last weekend. We received so many comments about the lovely food. June was so friendly, efficient and helpful from our first meeting through to delivery of food to the hall on the day. We had afternoon tea at Gourmet Queens today for Mother's Day and were absolutely blown away. The food was so delicious and the attentiveness to detail was fantastic. We felt thoroughly spoiled and left full, relaxed and slightly tipsy! We have also used Gourmet Queens for takeaway lunches in the past and have always found the food fantastic quality and very good value for money. Thank you ladies for a wonderful afternoon!

Absolutely love this little cafe. I dine with my friend once a week, the food is always superb, the coffee splendid, and the service is spectacular. The girls that work here are very friendly and always make you feel welcome. The deserts that are made look absolutely amazing, the food is delicious. Honestly could not recommend this place highly enough. Would add far more stars if I was allowed to!

What a hidden gem, we will definitely be back from another breakfast. Hubby had the avocado with chorizo, daughter scrambled eggs with extra bacon and I had a humble bacon sandwich. Good coffee and even had proper jasmine tea. Nothing went to waste and the staff were really welcoming.

Very impressive menu, with very tasty vegan options. The coffee is very good and better because the staff knows what they are selling. So that is more appreciated. One of the vegan sandwiches has a sauce, so tasty I had to ask. The staff was kind enough to say what it was. So shows they take a lot of effort of to their service. Very cosy location and I can see why it is so popular. Will be back many times from now on.

Nice little independent cafe tucked away in a side street next to the train station. Only a minute’s walk away and much better to support a local business than the big chains. Nice coffee too!

Some of the best DeNata’s my parents have had - I often take some back for them when I go back to fleet! The vegan DeNata’s are good as well. The coffee & breakfast is also the best I’ve had in Reading! Definitely recommend 😃

Lovel and tasteful food. The cakes are amazing! As soon as you get in you feel the smell to fresh food in the making.

Ana was an absolute sort! She was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by making her first ever home made franceshina sauce. Fluent in Portuguese and does her best to make sure everyone is comfortable! The chef was great too, nice and intuitive! Thanks for making my birthday meal a memorable one!

We stayed one night in the King Executive Garden Room. It was huge!! Great facilities and friendly/professional host. Beautiful house, extremely well presented and tastefully decorated. We all enjoyed our stay and slept well. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the best coffee! Thank you for having us x

We stayed at Apple Tree Place when visiting friends locally. The B&B is modern, clean and Lesley was a great host. Had easy check in, nice room and a delicious breakfast. Beds were comfortable and had a good night sleep. Good value and - great hint - book direct for a discount vs other platforms! We will be staying again next time in the area! Many thanks :)

We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding at Silchester Farm. It was an easy 7 minute drive away. The whole place was clean, modern and had everything you could want. The breakfast was really good too with eggs from the resident chickens! Lesley was a great host and couldn’t do enough for you. We even got to meet the dog Ted and Harry the cat 😄. Would definitely recommend this lovely little b&b.

Lovely quiet little coffee shop. Great coffee and nice bacon rolls. Ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. Cakes look great but not tried any yet! (Update - tried the cakes and Reallly good. Brownies are amazing and toffee & walnut a hit with the parents) Its a really buzzing little coffee shop where you are always made to feel welcomed. Very kid friendly. So come and support this small business. Our local cafe whilst visiting from Australia 🤩 lovely cuppa with the most delicious homemade cakes 🍰 my favourite being this rhubarb and ginger bake 🙌 thank you for your hospitality 🙏 we will see you next time we’re visiting.

Lovely friendly staff and the coffee is great especially the arabica beans for an extra 10p. Atmosphere is subdued, great for reading or catch up. Dogs are allowed or there is dedicated "dog parking" outside with a window view on table 7 perfect for dog owners. Note: £5 card limit which is standard for a small business like this.

Such a wonderful spot for a lunch, brunch or afternoon tea! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Beautifully decorated, food is delicious and handmade with a great selection, and the outdoor seating area is lovely to sit out in the sunshine with a cup of tea.

Wonderful afternoon tea with a Christmas sandwich and choice of cake. Lovely setting traditional tea room. Will be back!

We enjoyed the last meal in england before flying home. The cake and sandwiches we ordered were excellent in taste and outlook. The staff are nice. Would visit again.

Lovely coffee shop. Great selection of cool drinks on a hot day! Plenty of choice for lunch options as well as lots of cake! With catering for vegans and vegetarians too. Lovely space to sit outside in the warm weather with umbrellas for shade and easy parking. Plus, we always get fantastic service here, nothing is ever too much trouble, really friendly staff. A delightful gem hidden away at the back of the garden centre. A very good selection of food and drinks and ample space to sit and enjoy the views. Very friendly staff who look after you well.
