Great cafe, can't beat the price; was making deliveries on the estate when I drove past his gem and decided to stop for a breakfast; got the big one which included everything and 50p extra for a latte which is fair. food was properly cooked and pretty good quality it's just the sausages seem to fall apart.

Passed through here and Charlie’s cafe never let me down , nice breakfast, nice cuppa . Only complaint that there was not enough Bubble. And too be fair it was good Bubble aswell.

I stumbled across this cafe whilst in the area and really glad I did. This is possibly the best breakfast I've had, certainly in the Basingstoke area. Next time I'm in this part of the world again I will be popping in for another visit.

First time here & I am already asking myself why have I never been sooner? The food & the service was all spot on, ever so friendly lovely people who went out their way to making you feel welcome. I know now that I need to revisit & support our local business in Basingstoke.

Went to the Zoom café today for a breakfast with friends and family. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were friendly and professional and the manager on duty was excellent taking my order as I wanted to make a few changes to my breakfast. The food was really good quality made with really good ingredients and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend The dome café to anyone and everyone who was looking for somewhere to dine out for a cheap and cheerful meal. The dome café also supports an excellent cause and as an excellent example of a business that also helps its community.

What a lovely cafe, so very well run, all staff very efficient, tables all cleared and cleaned as soon a people have left. Food very nice, lovely atmosphere. We hope they do well. Nice to see them so busy.

Visited the cafe after a football game nearby. The fry up was great and the vibe was cozy. Staff were friendly and worked with a smile. A place worth visiting!

A delightful gem hidden away at the back of the garden centre. A very good selection of food and drinks and ample space to sit and enjoy the views. Very friendly staff who look after you well.

Lovely coffee shop. Great selection of cool drinks on a hot day! Plenty of choice for lunch options as well as lots of cake! With catering for vegans and vegetarians too. Lovely space to sit outside in the warm weather with umbrellas for shade and easy parking. Plus, we always get fantastic service here, nothing is ever too much trouble, really friendly staff. A fantastic little spot that myself and a friend stumbled across when meeting halfway on a weekend. Food and service were brilliant. Staff went above and beyond when I forget my hat and gloves there and they posted them back to me in London!!!

Came in as my mum wanted to show me how nice it was in here and I have to agree with her, the coffee and pastries we had were delicious and made on site. I can't recommend this place enough 5 out of 5 definitely

A Tuesday lunch service, with a busy Café and great atmosphere. The food offering is superb with a good selection that aligns with the season. The Curry I had was delicious, not to hot perfect balance of sweet and savoury just how I like it.

I normally take away but it was a windy day so decided to sit in with a friend. There were no seats down stairs and only seat was by the window in direct draft from the door. I went to close it a bit and the girl behind the counter shouted can you leave the door. I explained it was cold she replied well?! Can you leave the door Been coming her before covid but was not happy being shouted at across the shop. The coffee is good but not sure the rude attitude is worth it.

What can I say except I think I have found my new go-to coffee shop! The best coffee, great food all in a welcoming atmosphere. Even better - everything is affordable!

Willows is a beautiful coffee house with a newly renovated downstairs seating area which comes with a plus and a minus. The plus here is that if you're with a loved one or a friend you can easily obtain the peace and quiet as well as a real disconnect from society due to the minus being very poor and temperamental WiFi. You could be sat next to the routers down there and it would still come and go when it pleases. There's also little to no phone signal so that's a point off unfortunately. The staff are wonderful people and you could easily see that they all love being there however the service can be a tad slow. Having said that the quality of the product you get is phenomenal which really makes Willows stand out as an individual coffee house. Also a great point to add is that it's LGBTQ+ friendly and makes it known by having flags up and around. I wish more places in Basingstoke would be more open like you! So overall a 9/10 for Willows - the WiFi is a big issue. Edit: 22/12/24 - It's also dog friendly!

Went for coffee a few weeks ago and saw someone collecting a platter of sandwiches. Used the Coffee Shop today for a working lunch and it was absolutely delicious ... described as the best buffet ever by my colleagues! Great selection and freshly made. Would highly recommend.

Lovely friendly staff and a happy buzz about the place. I had a generous latte and a croissant and sat doing phone admin. Nice out of town location.

Such a wonderful spot for a lunch, brunch or afternoon tea! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Beautifully decorated, food is delicious and handmade with a great selection, and the outdoor seating area is lovely to sit out in the sunshine with a cup of tea.

AMAZING! I recently was surprised by my family with an afternoon for my birthday at The Parlour Tearoom and I could not fault anything. The place itself is so beautiful with quirky little quotes, beautiful decor and is spotlessly clean. The service was amazing, all the staff went above and beyond and could not do enough for us. There was 10 of us and nothing was too much trouble, they also ensured we always had what we needed or any extras. The food was exceptional. All the sandwiches were so fresh and tasty! The scones were to die for- still warm with large amounts of cream and jam provided which was so yummy! Then the cakes… well the cakes were just beautiful! Different options to suit everyone and any that wasn’t eaten was boxed up for us to take away. From start to finish the team, environment and food was faultless. Myself and my friends/family will most definitely be returning. Lucy and her team should be very proud of what they have and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you ❤️

Wonderful afternoon tea with a Christmas sandwich and choice of cake. Lovely setting traditional tea room. Will be back!

We had a lovely visit. The food, staff and atmosphere were wonderful.

Food at the restaurant was amazing! Service was great, nice and friendly. The food in the shop is overpriced for what it is. Considering it's high-end, you'd expect the products to reflect that. Lots of their products are "ultra processed" - read the labels and you'll see. Shame to see high end products with chemicals in them.

I had breakfast at the farm shop with some friends this morning, and it was such a delightful experience! The place was buzzing with energy, creating a lovely atmosphere that made our meal even more enjoyable. The service was spot-on—friendly and efficient, which is always a plus. Now, let’s talk about the food: it was fantastic! Fresh, flavorful, and just what we needed to start the day. After breakfast, we explored the farm shop, which was charming and stocked with local goodies. We even wrapped up our visit with a fun gin tasting in their spirits room, which was a highlight! Overall, it was a wonderful morning, and I can't recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back soon, and I can't wait to share this gem with more friends.

Excellent breakfast. All top quality ingredients, as expected. Cost of drinks were a bit high, we thought. £4.50 for a glass of orange juice. Freshly squeezed and very nice but quickly adds up on the bill. Would highly recommend, though. Would love to visit again and browse the shop, butchers, fish mongers. Shame we are not local

We did the wonderfully Knife skills course. Sarah was a great teacher supported by the brilliant team of Sergio and Katie. We got the chance to practise knife skills on lots of different vegetables and fruits as well as some meat as well as getting lots of really helpful shortcuts and tips . As you prepare 4 dishes ( including a desert ) for 2 people and only eat one of them for lunch you are guaranteed to leave with lots of delicious meals. The knowledge I gained is kitchen life changing. Well worth the money.

Lovely quiet little coffee shop. Great coffee and nice bacon rolls. Ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. Cakes look great but not tried any yet! (Update - tried the cakes and Reallly good. Brownies are amazing and toffee & walnut a hit with the parents) Its a really buzzing little coffee shop where you are always made to feel welcomed. Very kid friendly. So come and support this small business. Its a lovely little shop and close to the local park so why not grab a drink and take your kids for some fun. ××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××

Very good experience overall! A few minor issues, but nothing major. Would still recommend!

Lovely friendly staff and the coffee is great especially the arabica beans for an extra 10p. Atmosphere is subdued, great for reading or catch up. Dogs are allowed or there is dedicated "dog parking" outside with a window view on table 7 perfect for dog owners. Note: £5 card limit which is standard for a small business like this.

Amazing experience, staff are very welcoming and attentive to customers. We all had the classic breakfast and it was so tasty.

Stopped over during a trip to Somerset, as it's only a short detour off the M3. Fabulous breakfast and everything, except the blackpudding, was gluten free. Terrific!
