A contemporary, independent brewery, bar and dining establishment close to Eastleigh town centre. The emphasis is on sourcing locally where possible and being a hub for the community without being too worthy about it, which is brilliant. Nice staff, good mix of customers. Lots of cask and keg beers available, ciders and spirits. The food is great too. Major sports events are shown and there is an upstairs bar and room which can be hired.

Nice place to have a craft ale and a cider. The selection is really good and the staff care, offering to help you with suggestions. Felt very welcome here and the service is friendly. They have lots of food here but didn’t get any this time.

Literally my favourite bar/restaurant… and always great food, always great beer… and whatever time you go there’s an atmosphere. Load of live music too. It’s just a fun place to be, if you haven’t been you need to… 😂

Tried a couple of beers and their Mac Cheese. Beers were good. Lovely live Irish music when I was there. Good atmosphere. Wouldn't have the mac cheese again but the beer was very drinkable 👍

Lovely cafe with great prices and great staff. The food came quickly, however as I was in a rush I cancelled the desert order I had. They were so sweet about it and really welcoming. Definitely will come again as the price really matches the size of food you get.

I recently dined at East Avenue Restaurant within Eastleigh College, and I must say it was a delightful experience. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals, but what truly stood out was the exceptional attention to dietary restrictions. As a vegan with multiple food intolerances, I often find it challenging to dine out. However, the team at East Avenue went above and beyond to cater to my specific dietary needs. They took full account of my allergies and intolerances, ensuring that my meal was not only safe but also delicious. The creativity and skill of the student chefs were evident in the carefully crafted vegan dishes they served. Each plate was a work of art, and the flavours were exquisite. I highly recommend East Avenue Restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and accommodating dining experience in Eastleigh. We were only visiting UK on a last minute notice and we found this training restaurant online. We were told that they are fully booked but after knowing our situation, Sue is very kind and able to accommodate us. The lunch was a 3 courses meal which you are given a choice out of 4 selection in each course. We were all happy with the dishes that we have chosen. We were impress especially with the chicken Risotto, it was Al dente and the sauce just coated the rice perfectly. I would of give it a 100% if the food is served hotter but both the taste and presentation is all good. As it is the first week of operation for a new semester,it will take a little time for some servers to be more at ease with customers. Overall a great experience and definitely will go back when we visit UK in the future.

This restaurant is part of Eastleigh College and is run as part of the catering and hospitality students course. We go quite often and the food is always excellent and the students give great service under the supervision of their tutor. Price is very reasonable. Recommend.

This place is great. It's our nearest 'restaurant' and the kids here do some bangin food. Wish it was open all the time.

We had Mocha, which was had good flavour and nicely textured hot chocolate milk. The triple chocolate brownie and bounty brownie were huge. Friendly staff and nice clean minimalist vibe inside, slightly limited seating.

Lovely coffee shop with a small selection of hand made cakes. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. I think it would be nice to have a sofa or lounge chairs in there to make it a bit more cozy. Staff were lovely and friendly. And my coffee was great! I had a decaf iced black americano, if had a very sweet/bitter tone to it which was refreshing.

I dropped into The Coffee Cabin with my daughter, we don't have a permanent coffee shop in our village - this was a great place to drop in for a coffee, a pastry and a good old chat. The staff were supper helpful and really looked after us. My coffee was perfect and my daughter had a delicious smoothie.

Had a lovely Latte and Cinnamon Bun. Staff member was very friendly. Free parking at rear.

Evi, reminds me of the Turkish word 'Ev" meaning Home. I had the great pleasure to visit this Restaurant on a very dear friends recommendation. From the moment you enter this delightful Restaurant. A real gem in Eastleigh. The lunch deal offers excellent value for money - £10.90 for a main (with very generous portion sizes) and soft or hot drink. I highly recommend the wraps and pizzas.

Went on a Monday night, so it was as quiet as expected. Service was very good and food was brilliant, would recommend and will be back.

Fantastic little gem of a place! Good quality delicious food at a very good price, great selection of choices with gluten free & vegan well catered for, warm & friendly staff, dogs & kids made very welcome & catered for too. A lovely atmosphere & we will definitely be returning again after having our first visit here for vegetarian breakfast today! 😊

Highly recommend this lovely little place. The manager Veronique and her staff are amazing and always give us such welcoming and wonderful service. The food is always fantastic! My wife and I are vegan, they always go above and beyond to make sure we have choices in here. Today we had the ‘Holly Jolly Veggie’ toasted sandwich from the festive specials and it was soooooo delicious! They have a really great selection of cakes for vegans too, today there were 10 different cake options for vegans which hardly ever happens anywhere else! Ahoy shipmates! Our sons 1st birthday party had exceptionally smooth sailing. Thank you to all the staff here at Lakeside Cafe. I couldn't be more grateful for the help, kindness, and amazing service you provided for the birthday party. The platters of sandwiches are tasty and fresh. Those sausage rolls were delicious, and the cakes are mouth watering. Staff went above and beyond, and I'd highly recommend this Lakeside Cafe to anyone looking for an occasion young or old. I'm so happy with how our sons first birthday party went. We even did a cheeky little gender reveal to celebrate our second. The family and friends all loved this place with all it's amenities they have to offer onsite.

Me and my friend absolutely love this café. The hot chocolates are so good, especially the autumnal one that I got today. The staff are lovely, particularly Victoria who goes to extra length to make customers feel welcome. I haven't tried the food yet but it looks amazing, and there lots of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options available. Would definitely recommend 🩷

Such lovely food. All cooked fresh. I had bubble and squeak with bacon and poached eggs. The bacon was thick and cooked to perfection. The poached eggs were delicious and just runny enough. Very tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Visited The Coffee Cabin for a birthday breakfast with a friend. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the coffee is lovely and so is the breakfast. Would highly recommend the Cabin Bagel.

We pop in most times when we come to Eastleigh for a coffee and bacon sarnie but we decided to have a baked potato each with different fillings. All of us agreed it was the nicest baked potato we’d ever had, along with great value and friendly service from Tracy and Russell. We’ve always been very welcomed and will return very soon, thanks to you all

Tracy and Russell are lovely people and always friendly. The service is excellent as it the food. They happily accommodated our request to change the fillings in our toasties and the coffee is the best around. It’s now our regular cafe.

Absolutely amazing food and service , never once had a bad meal in there , Tracy and the others are so kind and lovely , I always come in with my nan and grandad mainly! Me and my family came in for breakfast and they had our table ready and they were very welcoming ! I barely go anywhere else , it’s a must try place for anyone who hasn’t been !!!

Lovely little cafe, boothed tables, great selection of food, breakfasts, baguettes, paninis, jackets, small meals, main meals, kids meals, desserts, drinks. Lovely friendly staff, clean cafe and toilets, good prices, good music too. I definitely recommend. I've received a christmas card 2 years running, a lovely personal touch.

I love Josie's and the Chandler's Ford restaurant is in my opinion the best. Aside from the amazing and great value food, this one is better spaced out and very efficiently run. Be warned there is likely to be a wait during peak periods.

Josie's is always brilliant, this josies generally has the least queueing time which is great. The food is very high quality and the staff are friendly and kind. I like the ability to pay by scanning a QR code as it means splitting the bill is much easier, also you can pay at the cashier. Bit expensive for breakfast but you would love it.

There is a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from and reasonably priced. The queue is sometimes long but the wait is worth it. Everything we had was delicious - really good pancakes and their crispy bacon were perfect. Excellent costumer service, staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Second visit on Sunday. Arrived just on 0900 hrs. Quite busy on arrival and then got steadily busy. Service was very good. The only disappointment was cold plates, not even warmed. First visit Can't really give this Josie's a proper rating. Appreciate it was Mother's Day. Not able to book a table, this seems to be the procedure. Arrived before 0900hrs, to book a place in the queue, at an hour and a quarter wait. Unfortunately we were not alone in leaving as we considered the wait was too long
