What a brilliant team! Polite, efficient and they do a good job. Definitely my go to team! They installed a new radiator, sorted out the boiler and connected my gas hob. They worked carefully and neatly and kept me informed throughout the morning. Would use them without hesitation again. Highly recommended!

Ryan initially visited to review a problem with our shower unit, upon a throughout inspection it was clear it could not be fixed, but had to be replaced. Ryan was clear in explaining why it couldn’t be fix and showed the faulty party which we found reassuring. As soon as the replacement was available Ryan and Ben visited to fit the new shower unit. Due to how the shower had been fitted wrongly before they had to alter the pipe work, they explained this clearly and gave us options on how we wanted it. The work they complete was very neat and they ensured they cleaned up behind themselves. They did a fantastic job and we are pleased with the results. Ryan and Ben were both friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend them going forward.

I have used PQ Plumbers Ltd on a number of occasions, from having a cloakroom refitted to most recently, having my bathroom 'future-proofed'. This involved discussing my needs with Paul Queripel, and having the benefit of his trusted advice. His company is the epitome of a professionally run business. I would also add that the skilled plumber who carried out the work was courteous, punctual and respectful.

We have used PQ Plumbers twice now, the first time for a complete bathroom renovation and then to replace our boiler and a couple of radiators. They did such a good job with the bathroom that we didn’t hesitate to go back when we decided to have the boiler done. Both times Paul was very professional, friendly and helpful, going through all the options and discussing what would suit us best. The guys who completed the work were also very professional, tidy and did a great job. We were more than happy to leave a key with them so they could come and go while we were at work. We can’t recommend PQ Plumbers highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Paul for everything you have done for us!

I would highly recommend this business. We struggled to even get others to quote/turn up, but we spoke to Paul and he was so helpful. Basically we had a split shower tray, that tray repairers had told us it was not repairable. Unfortunately for us the tray was tiled in! Paul came and looked, he also spotted that our grout lines had started to crack, and said that there is likely moisture behind as a result. We ended up going backwards and forwards (nightmare customers!!) with added and removing bits from the quote. Paul was very patient, and all of this was done with no quibble. Once we agreed a start date that was quick, Paul and Karl turned up. Paul effectively handed the job over to Karl, but made sure he knew what we had wanted etc. Karl was nice and clearly very competent. My wife only uses trades people that “she gets a good feeling about” and both Karl and Paul passed this test! The shower has been completed to the spec we had agreed.it was quick and is fantastic quality/workmanship. Place was left tidy after, and fantastic communication. You honestly couldn’t ask for more. They made good suggestions along the way,like adding the tray onto a plinth so it doesn’t crack again (or risk cracking), risks of removing and reinstalling the door etc. all billed as agreed with no surprises. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, and a bonus they are both family men.

Paul and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had invisaged. Paul was able to make recommendations based on the age of our property and kept us up to date on the work throughout. The work was completed quickly and they even hoovered up after themselves! The finish on the bathroom is very precise (and I am quite the perfectionist!). Nothing was too much work for Paul and the team, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

Steve provides an excellent service. Very reliable. Called and arranged visit the following day for our blocked drain which was cleared in less than an hour. This is the second time we have used his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Neil of PHE Plumbing/Heating/Electrical has recently performed some work for me in installing a power shower pump. I have used Neil also on previous occasions. He arrived as promised. His work was all done cleanly, he cleaned up after he had finished and the work he performed was excellent and everything worked again. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work and explained everything he was going to do. Neil is an excellent plumber and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. On a score of 1-10, he is 10. Highly rate Neil for anything you need doing.

Comment from the tenants where Neil installed a new boiler for me: "what a nice man. A very clean and efficient job was done on the boiler replacement". A excellent job on budget and done well within the agreed time. Sage advice on replacing the hot water tank, Neil said it wasn't really necessary so we didn't do it and saved a shed load of money.

Neil was extremely efficient, clean and tidy with his work, a good sense of humour and a good understanding of the requirements of our home. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

Quite simply, excellent! Unfortunately I needed a new boiler and fast. LW Gas were quick to answer my request, same day appointment to check if it was needed, then provided me with a realistic quote. The following day they installed it…..bosh! The lads arrived bang on time, cracked on with the work, calmly, politely and frankly, just normal people - rare nowadays! AND, they even tidied up after themselves, cooorrre!!! Genuinely, it’s been a pleasant experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend. Thanks :)

This Company is amazing.I contacted them late yesterday because I had an horrendous water leak that I thought was to do with my heating system but in fact was a plumbing issue. Lewis came out and was so helpful and tried to alleviate further damage by putting holes in the ceiling to ensure it did not collapse on me. He gave me advice on who to contact and how to deal with things. Thank you LW Gas for your support.

Our boiler was due for its annual service which had been booked. Shortly before however, the boiler started cutting out after a few minutes, the house became cold and we had to switch to the immersion heater for hot water. The service date was brought forward. They turned up on time, investigated the problem thoroughly, serviced the boiler, made some adjustments to the bypass valve and replaced a zone valve motor for good measure. They had it all running again within 2 hours and advised against expensive procedures for now (e.g. power flushing, cutting out clogged pipework). All fine since and very happy! Highly recommended.

Recently booked a last minute boiler service with Nick at N C Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Nick, received clear communication and accurate costs. Arrived right on time, serviced boiler and looked into another issue for me, showed me what I needed to do going forward for maintenance and, left area clean and tidy.

Boiler install with new flue and associated gas and water pipework. Excellent! My old water heater broke down, and Nick fitted me a combination boiler replacement, relocated in the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend Nick for all and any type of plumbing & heating works. He is clearly an expert in his trade with years of experience, which shines through. All the work undertaken was explained and agreed, the standard of work exceptionally high, results are neat and tidy. Nick works efficiently with the minimum of fuss, clearing up behind himself as he goes along. The price charged was fair and reasonable. Makes me look forward to my annual boiler service next year!

Nick was prompt in responding to my email and set up an appointment within a couple of days. He serviced the combi boiler and installed a new thermostat which is working brilliantly, and even bled the radiators. Nick is friendly, professional and honest, and I will certainly be contacting him for future jobs. Update: Nick installed a new boiler listening carefully to the specification and sourcing a well priced boiler. He completed the work promptly and professionally - it was not an easy job as the boiler is in the loft.
