I’ve been using OnTrack for the past three years to service my boiler, and Luke has handled each visit. He’s highly knowledgeable and always polite. I wouldn’t trust any other company for my heating needs.

Just 10 weeks after moving home our 'new' boiler broke down. Thankfully, with outside temperatures extremely low, Dave recognised our vulnerability and his team installed a new boiler with remarkable speed. The new boiler is doing a great job, and we are so grateful for their excellent service.

Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. Amazing plumber. Came in to a flooded kitchen within one hour of phoning. Sorted out the corroded tap and pipe under kitchen sink. I would highly recommended Kevin. He is calm, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I am a happy customer.

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. Francesco sent me a very reasonable quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler, he even managed to fit it the next day!! Thank you soo much!

Kevin did a lovely job with our tricky bathroom. The tiles look amazing and have made such a difference. The grouting and sealing is really tidy and so much better than what we had before. Jon has done a brilliant job of totally refurbishing our bathroom. Everything was taken care of so no need to arrange any other service providers. Work was carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard (I’m particularly fussy as I used to work with architects on large refurbishments). He is a lovely dependable chap who fitted in well with the family and got on with the job with a smile and a sense of humour. I shall definitely have him back to do my kitchen.

Jon has fitted two bathrooms and a kitchen for us and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. All three projects have been excellent and have all included a total refurbishment. Jon takes care of all services and his attention to detail is fantastic, leaving an outstanding finish. He regularly keeps us up to date with how the job is progressing and will provide feedback, suggestions and help where he can. Jon is very efficient and works tirelessly to get the job done within the agreed timescales. Jon is a genuine, friendly and lovely guy! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our future projects.

Absolutely top class service. Got back to me quickly. Fixed my leak in my airing cupboard and serviced my boiler the next day and replaced a pump that the previous engineer put on upside down!!! Friendly and very reasonable price too. No hesitation in recommending Simon.

We were recommended Flash Heating and Plumbing solutions by our surveyor Brian Gale Surveyors as we needed additional checks done for a house purchase. Had a major drainage problem which Arron came out and sorted with no fuss. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Arron!

Turned up within an hour of calling and had the problem cleared quickly even though they had to hunt for and clear the drain cover which was covered in grass on the front garden. They cleaned up and did a secondary pressure wash through the other drains and the bill was very reasonable

Our sceptic had backed up in the garden and it appeared to be blocked. We contacted Aaron and he came round and identified the issue and used he extensive equipment to resolve the issue. He suggested we get tank emptied (had already been emptied in July 2022) Also used camera to see if issue was from the bungalow end. When it was emptied Aaron came back round and in the bottom you could see the dip pipe had broken off and that’s why it was filling up so quickly. Aaron went in and looked around, identified what needed to be done and made a replacement which is working fine. I would recommend Aaron on the basis of the service and the cost. (Especially after talking to friends with similar issues that cost them in the thousand’s to sort)

Had a blocked drain at our workshop. Aaron turned up the same day and sorted it. Very efficient, prompt, and such a great fellow. Fair prices. Couldn’t recommend any more. Top job.

I phoned Ross this morning to fix a leak in my kitchen and he arrived just an hour later! He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fixed the leak in no time at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again next time I need a plumber.

I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework.
