Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. Francesco sent me a very reasonable quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler, he even managed to fit it the next day!! Thank you soo much!

Prior to the work carried out by your staff, 4 other companies had told me that it was an impossible job. Your staff were clearly passionate about their role & extremely knowledgeable. This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first class, fuss free plumbing service at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.

Jon has done a brilliant job of totally refurbishing our bathroom. Everything was taken care of so no need to arrange any other service providers. Work was carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard (I’m particularly fussy as I used to work with architects on large refurbishments). He is a lovely dependable chap who fitted in well with the family and got on with the job with a smile and a sense of humour. I shall definitely have him back to do my kitchen.

Jon has fitted two bathrooms and a kitchen for us and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. All three projects have been excellent and have all included a total refurbishment. Jon takes care of all services and his attention to detail is fantastic, leaving an outstanding finish. He regularly keeps us up to date with how the job is progressing and will provide feedback, suggestions and help where he can. Jon is very efficient and works tirelessly to get the job done within the agreed timescales. Jon is a genuine, friendly and lovely guy! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our future projects.

Kevin recently installed a washing machine and tumble dryer in our bathroom. The job entailed complete removal of the existing shower surround and stone shower tray to gain access to waste and water connections. The job was completed within a week with the shower unit being reinstalled as if it had never been moved and we are delighted with the result. We will definitely use Kevin again for future work and would recommend him to anyone needing work in the bathroom.

Just 10 weeks after moving home our 'new' boiler broke down. Thankfully, with outside temperatures extremely low, Dave recognised our vulnerability and his team installed a new boiler with remarkable speed. The new boiler is doing a great job, and we are so grateful for their excellent service.

Outstanding Service from OnTrack Heating! We recently had OnTrack Heating sort out our underfloor heating, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the outset—they kept us informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and installed all components to a high standard. Everything was thoroughly tested before they left, giving us complete confidence in the job. Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Didn’t even want a cup of tea, even though I offered them one on numerous occasions! They pushed on and had the job done by the end of the day. We had struggled to find an emergency call out to our boiler - heat expert turned up when they said, their engineers were knowledgeable and our boiler was fixed and working once the part was obtained. They communicate using texts to keep us informed of timing of visits and also payment using Apple Pay makes life so much easier.

Our sceptic had backed up in the garden and it appeared to be blocked. We contacted Aaron and he came round and identified the issue and used he extensive equipment to resolve the issue. He suggested we get tank emptied (had already been emptied in July 2022) Also used camera to see if issue was from the bungalow end. When it was emptied Aaron came back round and in the bottom you could see the dip pipe had broken off and that’s why it was filling up so quickly. Aaron went in and looked around, identified what needed to be done and made a replacement which is working fine. I would recommend Aaron on the basis of the service and the cost. (Especially after talking to friends with similar issues that cost them in the thousand’s to sort)
