I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

Jon has done a brilliant job of totally refurbishing our bathroom. Everything was taken care of so no need to arrange any other service providers. Work was carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard (I’m particularly fussy as I used to work with architects on large refurbishments). He is a lovely dependable chap who fitted in well with the family and got on with the job with a smile and a sense of humour. I shall definitely have him back to do my kitchen.

Kevin did a lovely job with our tricky bathroom. The tiles look amazing and have made such a difference. The grouting and sealing is really tidy and so much better than what we had before. We also have a functioning toilet now which is great! Kevin is really generous and helpful, would definitely recommend MapleLeaf.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous.
