Had a blocked drain at our workshop. Aaron turned up the same day and sorted it. Very efficient, prompt, and such a great fellow. Fair prices. Couldn’t recommend any more. Top job.

Our sceptic had backed up in the garden and it appeared to be blocked. We contacted Aaron and he came round and identified the issue and used he extensive equipment to resolve the issue. He suggested we get tank emptied (had already been emptied in July 2022) Also used camera to see if issue was from the bungalow end. When it was emptied Aaron came back round and in the bottom you could see the dip pipe had broken off and that’s why it was filling up so quickly. Aaron went in and looked around, identified what needed to be done and made a replacement which is working fine. I would recommend Aaron on the basis of the service and the cost. (Especially after talking to friends with similar issues that cost them in the thousand’s to sort)

Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. Its never an easy job having your boiler replaced. Alfords however made it easy and straight forward. From planning the new installation, answering our questions, guiding us through to the right solution and installing the new boiler Alfords provided a fantastic service. The team that did the installation were great. Very tidy and protected carpets and surfaces whilst they worked. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Impressed that I wasn't charged the £60 call out charge as they couldn't help me but they gave me the number of someone who could and checked later that all was ok

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly.
